I have never doubted, and will never doubt, that Dr. Ramin, whom I esteem, is a good dentist. However, I was so upset about the appointment scheduling last Thursday that I will refrain from future visits. re worse things, a phone call will suffice. However, the receptionist gave me an appointment for next Monday. Four days later! Even after I pointed out that it was just a matter of fixing the bridge, he insisted: fully booked, no appointments – Monday or never! Naturally, I then went to another practice; the actual time spent in the treatment room was about 10-15 minutes. That the service was then free is just a side note, because I know that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. In my opinion, the affable gentleman at reception lacked tact! I don't accept the argument about the peak season; there's certainly room for improvement in the opening hours during the season. But to streamline the administrative work (haha, no offense intended), it's fine with me if my patient file, as well as my wife's, is shredded!
A truly very pleasant appointment today with Dr. Ramin and his staff; in my opinion, I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I went for my annual check-up today. Unfortunately, I had two cavities, but they were treated immediately so I wouldn't have to come back. The whole procedure was, as always, very quick and completely painless. Dr. Supanut is an excellent dentist, and the dental treatments are much more pleasant and painless than with my previous dentists in Switzerland.
The Deutsche Dental Clinic has the most modern and technically advanced equipment for cleaning teeth that I have ever seen. In fact, they were able to remove the stains on my lower front teeth that my dental hygienist in California was unable to remove.
I am very satisfied with Dr. Ramin; 11 new crowns, top quality.

I was glad to visit this clinic. Very nice receptionist. Good and pleasant doctors and staff.
I've never received a dental prosthesis that fits perfectly right away. I'd like to sincerely thank Dr. Ramin and his dental technician. The work couldn't be more professional. And of course, I mustn't forget the receptionist—he's nothing compared to Einstein. However, things have deteriorated rapidly since they've been here permanently. This doctor is history for me.

Hello Tom Tai, Thank you for your message; we appreciate both praise and constructive criticism, which we can use to improve our service. However, we can't quite understand why we've turned negative. First, you write that you received dentures from us that fit 100% right away, something you've never experienced before. You explicitly thank Dr. Ramin and his dental technician with the truly complimentary words, "You couldn't ask for more professional work," and you also praise our receptionist. But then you complain that we've turned negative very quickly and give us the lowest score without giving a reason. Neither we nor the interested reader can glean anything from that. Dr Ramin is very nice, very honest and very trustable Dentist with excellent knowledge. If you go to him you are in very good hands. I am retired Dentist from Germany too.
I was there because I had composite fillings done in Laos. They determined that they had fixed it so well that I could come to Germany for further treatment. If anyone wants treatment there, they should make an appointment in advance, as they are very busy. Thanks, everything was perfect.

But during my consultation with the doctor, I sensed a strong intellect and honesty, which is why I decided to have my tooth treated for the first time in many years. In the end, I had two appointments, and everything went very well. I didn't even feel any pain, not even from the injection. I went to a German dentist specifically because I'm from Russia, and I was very interested in experiencing the quality of German dentistry. Incidentally, curiosity also helped me overcome my fear of dental treatment. But next time, I wouldn't be afraid to go to any dentist. I'm writing this review about a month later. My gums have completely healed and are back to normal size, and I experienced no discomfort after the treatment. I'm incredibly grateful to the entire team at this clinic.
