Very good. The receptionists deserve praise for their service; everyone was very polite. Excellent service, deserves a thousand stars.
Terrible service! I called to schedule an appointment and they left me on hold for over 10 minutes before hanging up. I called again and the same operator transferred me to another operator. In the end, they informed me that the registered professional no longer accepted the dental plan.

Hi Alexandre, how are you? Alexandre, we apologize, but your phone connection wasn't good. It's not our fault if the phone network is unstable. Regarding your health insurance plan, we've removed some of them from our network, but you can search for dental care providers covered by your plan using your insurance provider's app.

To be seen at this place you need to have a very good health plan for them to accept your treatment. In other words, when you call, they check your plan and if it's not a 5-star plan, they hang up on you, as happened more than twice today with this doctor or attendant Rafaela. Paulo Augusto is an excellent professional and very attentive; I recommend him!
If you consult through a dental plan, the company will try in every way to push you into paying for procedures, saying that your tooth is more complex and has an additional fee. I say this because at another clinic I had the same procedure done without any extra work and without any additional fees due to difficulties.

Hi Wueverton, how are you? We're sorry to hear about what happened, but unfortunately, not all procedures are covered by your plan. Treatments have different levels of complexity, and some of them cannot be covered by your insurance.
They are the best clinic I always go to when I need one.

It takes a long time to get through; we schedule an appointment to be seen an hour later.
It takes a long time to get through, the reception area is full of people and no one is being helped. A wait of at least 1 hour.
Dr. Paulo Augusto is an excellent professional. A 10 out of 10 from the initial consultation to the completion of the procedure. Congratulations to the entire Design Oral team!
