The receptionist is terrible; you can't schedule an appointment. They sent a message scheduling an appointment, I confirmed, then they said my appointment had been closed even though I had a toothache. They said the doctor said it was closed, but at the office, Dr. Flávia said she would treat my upper tooth, the one that's hurting. The receptionist only responds to messages after you insist a…

lot for several days; one day she asks for your name, the next day she asks what day you want, and then she disappears. I ended up giving up, unfortunately, but Dr. Flávia's service was very good.
They are excellent professionals, all very kind and attentive, with exceptional work... I will definitely return for future procedures!
