Terrible service! They waste your time, and the staff at the Portal del Prado location are incredibly unfriendly. Their attitude makes anyone want to leave. Don't go to Dentix Portal del Prado.

For a privately paid service, it's poor. The response time is untimely, and the organization or service protocol is inadequate; there's no sign of any management.

Terrible service, they play with people's time, they give you an appointment for one time and then see you two hours later, very poor organization. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't choose this clinic for my daughter's treatment.

Terrible service. I've been calling for three weeks to get an answer about some retainers, and they're still avoiding me. They always say they'll call back, but they never do. A very bad experience.
