The results are poor. They moved their clinic and forced everyone to go to the one in Prado. In the end, they tell you that the treatments don't fix the problem because it's hereditary or for some other reason. At the beginning of treatment, they offer every possible solution. I don't recommend them at all; everything ends in complaints and lawsuits against them. We'll see what happens in the end.

Terrible service. A year ago, they tricked me into signing a contract. I haven't had anything done during that year. I've sent letters asking them to back out. And I can't find answers. And on top of that, it's super expensive and provides poor service. They transferred me to a finance company I had no idea about. Please don't fall for this clinic, it's just a name.

Terrible service, minimal attention, they don't deliver the work on time, they give you an appointment and then make you wait a long time to be seen. I really don't recommend them, plus it's expensive. I see that it's just a name, at least the one in Barranquilla, Portal del Prado.

The worst thing that's ever happened to me is Dentix. They charge you for everything, even the air you breathe, and they don't do their job properly. They fix one thing and damage another. My teeth never look as nice as they promised, and it's been about three years. PLEASE, if you have the opportunity to pay for treatment at Dentix, DON'T TAKE IT!!!

Very bad. The receptionists are very negligent, they don't know how to give information, and they're always arguing with the assistants. I've personally seen them arguing about who's responsible for what. They're only attentive to clients on the first appointment, of course, since that's where they get you hooked on credit. Very bad experience, poor work, and through the credit system they force clients to continue with treatments and constantly threaten you with reports and liens if you don't pay for treatments you no longer wish to continue due to the terrible quality.

orthodontists at their Envigado and Mayorca locations in Antioquia. I had to take my son to another clinic because they pawned one of his teeth. I'm requesting that they cancel the treatment they failed to provide. I've submitted five formal requests, and they always deny them with deception. Someone please help us; this company shouldn't be allowed to continue operating.

Honestly, it was a terrible experience. I went in for a quote and it turns out I owe them money and they reported me to credit bureaus because, according to them, I absolutely have to start the treatment, even though I only went in to get a price quote. I don't recommend them at all.
