Caught up in the excitement, I decided to get my teeth whitened. Once I paid, I realized something was wrong. I mean, the service is completely commercial; you're treated like a symbol of wealth in this establishment, not a patient. any toilet paper. I asked the receptionist for some, and she replied that the medical center's facilities are only for brushing your teeth. This is outrageous! She even suggested I go outside, to the shopping mall, for anything else... unbelievable, but true. I'm paying! It's not free. I decided to ask for a complaint form, and she told me I didn't need one and that I should file any complaints online. All this is just the beginning, before I've even started the treatment. We'll see how this ends, but it doesn't look good. I'll keep you posted... to be continued... Edit. Once the treatment was completed, I was happy with the results. For that aspect, the clinic gets a 10. For the previous issues, a 1.

They put a crooked crown on me. I agree with many customers who say they do things haphazardly and leave it as is. Zero aesthetics and poor workmanship. Terrible customer service, disorganized. Far too expensive.
