What a horrible experience. The dentist was very brutal when she extracted my son's tooth. She didn't wait for the anesthesia to take effect, and immediately after the injection, she proceeded to jump on a 5-year-old boy and proceeded to extract the tooth in the most brutal way she could. If you value your child at all, choose another option. This pseudo-pediatrician doesn't care about children. She should only be a dentist and not dedicate herself to pediatrics at all, since she doesn't have the gift. She just showers the kids with toys after the procedure, trying to mask the horror they experienced in her chair. And as a mother, you try not to make your child's experience worse and just try to get out of that nightmare office. That's why I didn't stay to "talk" with the "doctor" afterward. How horrible! And don't try to say I wasn't patient or that I called immediately to rectify what happened, just as you've done with the negative reviews you have. Have the decency to accept your mistakes and try to be better people and professionals, accepting the truthful opinions of people who had negative experiences in your office. You affect innocent lives, you know? My son is terrified of ALL dentists because of this. It's not all about maintaining the image of the business; the physical and emotional well-being of children is more important!

My daughter Ella has been coming down to Dentiland from San Diego a few times now and the staff and Dr. Brenda have all been amazing! I would recommend Dentiland to any friend and family and it's easy to get to even from San Diego. I've been taking my six and seven-year-old children here, and the service has been excellent. The doctor has made them feel especially comfortable, which is very satisfying. Of course, the kids loved it too. I've been to many dentists in Tijuana, but none are as highly recommended as this one.

Excellent care for my son. I took him for a dental accident, and they treated him wonderfully. They were very patient, and he never cried or complained, even with the local anesthetic he needed at the time. I 100% recommend this place.

Took my 2 year old son and he loved it! I was scared thinking he would be crying his lungs out but he didn’t the doctor was very nice to him and even put on his favorite show so he can relax while she was checking his teething. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back.

I don’t used to write a review but they are asking for money, they are keep saying about money and money. They just cancelled the appointment because I have no time to go to pay in advance. They are cancelling when they are short in time but they want the payment in advance when you are few minutes late. My impression is “money is all that matters” for this place. I won’t go back.

I’ve been bringing my son here since he was 3 years old. He is now 7 years old and loves all his dentist visits. Dr. Brenda has always worked wonderfully with him and makes him feel safe and makes all the visits very fun. They first time I brought him in he unfortunately needed a lot of work done and she was able to get all done in one day. I wouldn’t switch my DR and can’t wait to bring in my…

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I took my son there for a complicated process (he had several cavities and I was looking for an office that offered general anesthesia) and then for keeping up and cleaning. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
