Didn’t expect to be visiting a dental office while on vacation. Dr. Puong and her staff were exceptional! I had one of my Invisalign appliances become loose and it was bothering me every time I eat and was worried it would break. The receptionist at the front desk was very indifferent. I asked if there was a doctor on duty, but they ignored me. I even doubted that I was a customer. No matter what you say, they just sort out the information by themselves and ignore you. They are very impolite and have no professional ethics. e English, I didn't speak Chinese to them, please speak objectively, the staff also didn't speak English, then I used Google Translate, translated into Thai, continued to fail to communicate, they didn't communicate at all, please continue to be so arrogant
