At first, it was a great dentist and the doctor did the fillings very carefully and was always gentle. The receptionist does not speak good english, and I ended up getting charged twice for the same, unnecessary dental examination with a new dentist each time. orthodontist a few weeks prior. Every time I went to get a treatment or consultation it was a new doctor, that asked me different questions. The last time I was there I thought I was getting dentures, but they made me have another consultation and told me the same information I already knew, but it was a new doctor so I paid twice for the same service. It is very annoying. Additionally, the last doctor that worked on my tooth did not care that the patient is in pain, continues until to the point where I cannot bear it and wants to give me a third anesthetic injection, which is too much, and tells me to breathe, at which point the room smelled noxious because it is near a toilet that has the sewage smell leaking by. I could not bare it and had to take a break from the pain. Otherwise, my previous fillings were done well. I think it is expensive and they have a rotation of doctors and cannot communicate well in English. Ultimately would not recommend, dentists will usually try to make as much money as possible, and the system this clinic has is a perfect example. I only got a written record later on in treatment, which did not seem to help with the multiple consultations that cost 500 baht each. The dentist told me the same information as the orthodontist did, which was only a couple of weeks before. You go in expecting treatment, but get charged for another round of the same information, which was showing me a metal brace on Google images. Apparently to get a temporary denture, which I waited three weeks for, you have to be charged a consultation, twice and you will not actually end up getting the denture. Try getting through to the receptionist.
Incredible experience! I got my wisdom teeth out here. I was quite nervous but the staff were so kind and took extremely good care of me. Their English was amazing and they were able to explain everything to me throughout the whole process. The whole thing took maybe 1hr, the clinic was extremely hygienic and clean. We understand how these fees can add up for you and it is fair if you are looking for a more affordable dentist. We certainly value your oral health and the fees that you have spent. But we also believe in the quality of the dental service we provided. Our service may not be the cheapest in Chiang Mai, but we try to provide quality dental service by occupying high qualification dentists with high experience. For instance, the dentist that provided the cleaning service to you holds a PHD degree in Oral Biology and is currently a lecturer in a school of dentistry in a well-respected university. And he is very caring as well. Regarding the cleaning plus polishing cost of 1,500 baht, this is within our standard range that was informed prior to the service and placed on the price list. This amount is charged with patients, regardless of whether they are local or international, who have certain level of gingivitis and high stain. FACT: The first half of 2023, there was less than 6% from all our dental cleaning patients that were charged the maximum amount of 1,500 Baht. And from all who were charged 1,500B, 47% are foreigners and all the remaining are locals. However, please do rest assured that all your comments are being addressed with our service team members for improvement in the future. Your note on defining the exact dental cleaning price after proper inspection is also well noted and will be addressed with our management team. the best experience ever! I was so scared to have my wisdom teeth removed because I have never had any teeth removed or had anesthesia in my life. anesthetic injection and I didn't feel any pain, I thought that was very thoughtful of them. They even gave me pain medicine and gauze. All the staff spoke very good English and were so kind. Hope to be here long enough to remove all my other wisdom teeth with them hehehe 🦷❤️

I reschedule my appointment. They also give advice to their patients and provide quality service. -The dentist is excellent! She always takes time to explain every procedure she does. She is supportive and thorough when explaining the process. She is professional and has a natural personality. Great dentist close to the old city. The clinic is nice and clean, the dentist very skilled and patient, and the staff is very welcoming. English level is superb too and you will feel completely safe in their hands. Will definitely recommend.
