After 9 months, my crown popped, after being assured it would last at least 2 years. Then I tried to message them on WhatsApp, but nothing, completely ignored. Thank goodness I didn't get a dental implant. Travel was not reimbursed, schedule not respected. I arrived there at 8:00 in the morning, after a 3-hour journey, they called me for the panoramic x-ray at 11:30. I had to reset and sleep there…

because they were late, so another 100 euros for the room. The next morning, my appointment was at 9:00. I was on time, but nothing happened. I got in at 1:00... at the last minute. Total travel and unexpected expenses were exorbitant. They wanted to force me to get the implant. Thank goodness I didn't. I understood their dishonesty, having the procedure done knowing I had to leave in an hour. Poorly treated cavities meant I had to spend more money in Italy. Dear Pamela, you understand how to make money off honest people. Stay away, stay away, believe me, I've seen people have 4 procedures done in a few hours, monstrous things.

I want to thank all the Dental Pro staff. Last year I came to Croatia for a dental checkup and I was very scared. Now that I've finished the work on April 4, 2025, I saw the ending, super. Excellent. When I entered heaven, I saw so many angels who treated me. I looked at them with a wonderful smile. Above all, they are beautiful, they are angels of God. I bless you all.
