took scaling with him When setting up appointment was told there are 2 types of scaling. The cost of each scaling was different, then first one being just scaling that cost RM 99 and the second one being RM 250. RM 99 suppose to be just scaling and nothing else RM 250 suppose to be scaling + remove stain (maybe there are others) During payment, was asked to pay RM 120 (that suppose to be RM 99)…

99) + RM 30 (Consultation) The consultation including him (the dentist) telling me there are cavities in few of my teeth. Which I did not ask. Question from me though where I asked if there is cavity at the end of my teeth, which he(the dentist) answered I don't know. there goes RM 30.

For scaling, our charges start from RM99 up to RM350 (deep scaling), which is extremely rare, and not all cases are priced at RM99. The fees usually depend on oral hygiene and the time taken to remove harmful pathogens. We thought we had communicated this clearly, but it seems some miscommunication still occurred, and we are deeply sorry for that. As for the cavities mentioned to you by Dr Ee after scaling, we’re afraid that cannot change, as we are professionally obligated to uphold the principle of informing patients about their oral health and any conditions that require immediate or delayed attention. While many patients appreciate this advice, we are sorry if it caused any discomfort on your end. Lastly, we would like the opportunity to address and clarify any worries that may have been missed. We deeply regret that this happened and take full responsibility. Hence, we sincerely request an opportunity to resolve any issues so you can leave with a smile. Very good experience. Doctor EE very professional and friendly. Explained very well to me also. Helpful staff. We can book early via WhatsApp or call to avoid full slot. They have 3D teeth scan. I did 100 for scaling and 100 for air polishing in ringgit and a 30 for consultation
