I don't recommend treatment at this location. In my opinion, the prices are significantly inflated. D. Bargiel offered me the most expensive package (obviously, it's the most convenient for her), and after consultations, I got a price 7,000 PLN lower at two other locations (Invisalign here and here, the same approximate treatment time here and here). Everything's fine, but the quality of the materials used leaves much to be desired. In less than six months, the webbing is worn to a crisp at the contact points.

My plan included restorative dentistry, surgery, and prosthetics, and at every stage, I was met with exceptional care, professional dedication, and concern for my comfort and well-being during the procedures. The procedures performed by the doctor are a masterpiece and practically painless!!! I must also mention Dr. Piotr Chomiuk, an excellent prosthodontist and doctor. For the first time, I sat in the dentist's chair without fear, with immense trust in his professionalism and the conviction that I was getting closer to my goal. During the consultation, Dr. Piotr explained everything to me, patiently answered my numerous questions, and informed me of the risks. However, while waiting for my appointment, the swelling started again. The clinic found an appointment for me that same day and saw me with Dr. Antonina Nowicka, who said she would also perform the extraction as soon as the lockjaw subsided. After a few days, she quickly removed the tooth I'd been struggling with in 20 minutes! I left the procedure with a smile on my face because I was treated wonderfully by the entire team. They took care of my comfort in every possible way. Nothing hurt, I was given a stress ball, and the doctor even positioned the tampon and stitches so that I wouldn't gag. I'm truly grateful to the clinic for their help and would recommend them to anyone with difficult teeth! :)

Here, it's clear they don't respect patients' time or their nerves. If I'd known this was the way these appointments were, I would have found another orthodontist long ago instead of wasting my time waiting. I definitely don't recommend this place.

If I had a crisis after the visit, she always wrote to me to check on my progress (e.g., the elastics, the splint before orthognathic surgery). Such gestures are incredibly helpful for patients because they know they can always count on their doctor. While at the maxillofacial surgery clinic, Dr. Dorota Bargiel came to check on me after orthognathic surgery. This approach makes me wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dorota Bargiel as an orthodontist, but I also have incredible respect for her as a person.

I highly recommend having impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kuśnierz. The procedures were incredibly comfortable, everything healed quickly, the before and after care was also fantastic, and the doctor himself was very friendly and competent. Sometimes, despite my extreme anxiety (unfortunately acquired at another dental practice), mainly related to the administration and effects of anesthetics, Dr. Jakubiak has always put me at ease and explained everything in detail: from the treatment itself and its subsequent stages – and most importantly, always with complete determination and patience, which is extremely important during difficult moments of a complex treatment. I really appreciate the doctor's individual approach to each patient, as well as her invaluable precision and accuracy. In addition, the incredibly pleasant and friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in truly makes you feel at ease. At every stage, starting with registration, everything is thoroughly explained, and as a patient, I truly feel well cared for. A huge thank you to Ms. Wiktoria Płoska at the reception desk, who (like every other receptionist) is always there to help and has a friendly approach. As a warning – orthodontic treatment is only available in the afternoons (!), even though the doctor I was registered with also sees patients in the afternoons. I was ready to opt for Invisalign, which allows for highly accurate follow-up appointments. The owner refused to allow me to schedule afternoon appointments despite numerous phone calls and attempts to reach an amicable solution. The registration desk doesn't disclose this information during the registration process, which I consider unfair to patients. I recommend against this practice to anyone who doesn't work remotely and can't attend morning appointments. EDIT: You didn't inform me before starting treatment, and after a year and a half of waiting, I found out by accident because I wanted to change my appointment date due to an infection (I was offered January 20, 2025, instead of October 31, 2024, for a treatment plan appointment). Instead, I was denied both orthodontic and prosthetic treatment (which I didn't want to give up).
