I don't recommend treatment at this location. In my opinion, the prices are significantly inflated. D. Bargiel offered me the most expensive package (obviously, it's the most convenient for her), and after consultations, I got a price 7,000 PLN lower at two other locations (Invisalign here and here, the same approximate treatment time here and here). Get advice elsewhere before you decide on expensive treatment at this location...

I wholeheartedly recommend this dental clinic. I was treated by Dr. Piotr Kuśnierz! The treatment was top-notch, in a professional, yet very friendly, and stress-free atmosphere. Dr. Kuśnierz demonstrated extensive knowledge, precision, and a personalized approach to each patient—everything was thoroughly explained, and each visit was calm and comfortable. The entire clinic team is incredibly kind, empathetic, and dedicated. I highly recommend him!

Everything's fine, but the quality of the materials used leaves much to be desired. In less than six months, the webbing is worn to a crisp at the contact points.

I didn't have a good experience, so my first feelings were fear and limited confidence. Dr. Piotr Kuśnierz completely dispelled these two feelings during the first qualifying consultation. Not only is he a doctor with immense empathy, but he is also highly competent. He patiently explained the current situation and my possible dental plans. My plan included restorative dentistry, surgery, and prosthetics, and at every stage, I was met with exceptional care, professional dedication, and concern for my comfort and well-being during the procedures. The procedures performed by the doctor are a masterpiece and practically painless!!! I must also mention Dr. Piotr Chomiuk, an excellent prosthodontist and doctor. For the first time, I sat in the dentist's chair without fear, with immense trust in his professionalism and the conviction that I was getting closer to my goal. I achieved my goal and I'm very happy, because I smile without embarrassment and proudly receive praise from my friends. Furthermore, the participation of the assistants in implementing the plan was invaluable, as they ensured timely appointments, cared for my well-being, and provided necessary additional information. I highly recommend them! I've been using their services for years and have always been very satisfied. Whether it was wisdom tooth extraction or a simple checkup, the service is always top-notch, professional, and courteous.

I have difficult teeth, and one of them developed inflammation, which caused me to constantly swell. I sought help from many renowned surgeons in Krakow and beyond, but no one would perform the extraction. I went to Dental4You with virtually no hope that anyone would help me without hospitalization. However, after consulting with Dr. Piotr Kuśnierz, Dr. Daria Ulasava, they decided to help me! During the consultation, Dr. Piotr explained everything to me, patiently answered my numerous questions, and informed me of the risks. However, while waiting for my appointment, the swelling started again. The clinic found an appointment for me that same day and saw me with Dr. Antonina Nowicka, who said she would also perform the extraction as soon as the lockjaw subsided. After a few days, she quickly removed the tooth I'd been struggling with in 20 minutes! I left the procedure with a smile on my face because I was treated wonderfully by the entire team. They took care of my comfort in every possible way. Nothing hurt, I was given a stress ball, and the doctor even positioned the tampon and stitches so that I wouldn't gag. I'm truly grateful to the clinic for their help and would recommend them to anyone with difficult teeth! :)

I want to express my immense gratitude to Dr. Piotr Kuśnierz for his quick and accurate diagnosis, and for his patient and clear explanation of my medical conditions, which I had been struggling with for over six months. I was well cared for, from the receptionists, through the mid-care staff, and finally, by the doctor himself. I left the office feeling like I was the most important patient at that moment. Their approach is reliable, and the treatment and consultation process is always professional and pleasant. I particularly recommend M. Pazera and P. Kuśnierz, whose dental care I receive on an ongoing basis. I have used services such as oral surgery and conservative treatment.

I'm currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with Dr. Bargiel, which is preparing me for orthognathic surgery scheduled for this fall. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and reliable specialist. Dr. Bargiel is exceptionally competent, with extensive knowledge and experience, and is also full of empathy and commitment. From the very beginning of treatment, I felt I was in good hands—the treatment plan was explained in detail, and each visit was conducted in a calm, professional atmosphere. I also appreciate the excellent collaboration she has with other specialists (including the surgeon), which is crucial for interdisciplinary treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Bargiel to anyone looking for an orthodontist with a true vocation—she truly cares about her patients and their comfort at every stage of treatment.

I'd like to warn all potential clients about this place. I wasted six months waiting to book an appointment with Dr. Bargiel. They opened appointments today at 8:00 AM. I made almost 400 calls – it was impossible to get through, the phone kept saying it was busy. I finally got through, but no one answered. When I finally got through again after almost three hours, all the appointments were already taken. Not to mention that even the National Health Fund (NFZ) has a better solution for this, as the system queues calls and we know which appointments are next. Here, it's clear they don't respect patients' time or their nerves. If I'd known this was the way these appointments were, I would have found another orthodontist long ago instead of wasting my time waiting. I definitely don't recommend this place.
