I came exclusively to have a retention wire placed after braces. At the doctor's urging, I decided to have corrective foils made first, explaining that this would align the teeth and return them to the ideal position before the wire was placed. s told that another correction was needed for the lower teeth, but even after an additional 2 weeks there was absolutely no result. In the end - money and time wasted, with no effect. Additionally, as a big minus, I would like to point out that the doctor, seeing my dissatisfaction, ground the lower teeth from the front to "straighten" them. Such grinding removes the surface layer of the tooth (enamel), which cannot be restored, and can damage the teeth in the long term and increase their sensitivity. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the experience. I have no comments about the rest of the staff because I was in contact exclusively with the doctor. Wasted time, money and trust.
