Hello Vinicius, let's address your case: You had resin veneers done in 2023, and since then you haven't had any cleaning or maintenance done on the resin. Last year, in September, you contacted us because one of the veneers had broken (even without any care, it took 2 years before it needed repairing). We promptly attended to you and charged a very low price. This year, in February, you came to the clinic again to have the same tooth repaired. You informed us that it broke in the same place because you bite your nails. We advised you that in these cases, the correct thing to do is not to bite them. You smiled mockingly and said, "I'm not going to stop biting them until next month." Given the many positive reviews about our work, guarantee, and service, we believe your comment was disrespectful, as we were always ready to assist you, provided guidance during each appointment on the minimum care required, and charged only a symbolic amount. We remain at your disposal.
The best recommendation I've ever received. I felt incredibly welcomed because I was very unhappy with the veneers I was wearing. I had them removed and the result was simply wonderful.
