Excellent service from the start, they explained the veneer treatment perfectly. I had a gingivoplasty with Dr. Fernanda, the anesthesia and the procedure were super easy. The clinic gets a 10/10.

I do not recommend it. I had a tooth correction procedure done, and the result was disharmonious and ugly. On my return visit, the doctor said she wouldn't see me because I was 'going to be late,' even though it was just a simple adjustment of filing the tooth. I left work, spent money on transportation, and in the end, I didn't get any solution. I felt disrespected and unattended as a patient.”…

Therefore, I do not recommend it; it only focuses on the money. When we sell something, the after-sales service is also important, and that's how we build customer loyalty, especially when it's something as serious as teeth and smiles! I leave my dissatisfaction here and will seek my rights, especially since it wasn't free or cheap!

Hello Samantha, here at Dental Max we value punctual service. On your first visit to the clinic, we waited for you for more than 30 minutes and closed the clinic 15 minutes after closing time to attend to you. You informed us that evening that you were not satisfied with the result, even though you approved of it at the time of the procedure. The following day, when we opened the clinic, we responded to your message and scheduled an appointment for the earliest possible date. Again, you informed us that you would be 30 minutes late, but as stated at the beginning, we prioritize punctual service for all patients, which is why we only attend to patients with scheduled appointments and a 10-minute tolerance. When we informed you that we should reschedule your appointment so as not to compromise other appointments, we were blocked on WhatsApp, making it impossible for us to contact you for a new appointment. On September 9th, 2025, you contacted our RT directly, including on your personal Instagram, where a new appointment was scheduled for September 10th, 2025 at 1 PM. We are waiting to redo the work, this time at the scheduled time.

I hated a prosthesis I had made there; the tooth fell out the next day, and to this day I don't know when I'll get the replacement. Terrible work; I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. It's all just a name.
