Although the medical staff provides excellent service, the secretarial staff is mediocre. Communication is practically nonexistent, and any interaction is negative. Getting a response is like asking for a miracle, and they insist on doing everything via WhatsApp, only replying when they feel like it. office with such capable doctors suffers from poor service in the most crucial area: direct patient contact. They need a new team managing the office, one with the ability and tact to work effectively with clients.

My experience with Dr. Cañizares has been extraordinary. His attention to detail was outstanding. The time he dedicated to me and his clear explanation of the work he needed to do gave me peace of mind as a patient. I was very satisfied with his excellent work on my teeth (prosthesis).
Dr. Cañizares is an excellent professional. He's knowledgeable in his field, employing the best products and the latest technology. He holds a full academic degree and experience. He's an approachable and caring person. His team is highly efficient.
The service from the secretary is awful. I called for guidance, explaining that I had contacted them the day before for advice on changing my smile, and they put me on hold for about 12 minutes and then hung up on me. y had done there. I called hoping to be seen as well, and to my surprise, they gave me an immediate appointment because of my short stay on that beautiful island that I love. Besides appreciating the advanced technologies they have, I was able to see that this technology is in the right hands. The skill and ability to perform my implant in just one day is something I can't overlook. Plus, the costs are very low compared to the exorbitant costs of this procedure in the United States, where I currently live. The care, dedication, and compassion shown to each person present was evident. From the secretary's kindness to the assistants and the doctors, the clinic was impeccably clean, and the protective measures and mask maintenance in place during the coronavirus pandemic were consistently maintained. Personally, I was treated by Dr. Cañizares and Dr. Gallardo. In my opinion, they make an exceptional team, very demanding of themselves and the quality of their work. They communicate effectively and agree on the best course of action for each patient, which makes one feel secure and confirms that we have visited the right place. It's clear that both doctors truly love what they do and strive for perfection. They are also attentive to the patients' well-being, comfort, and pain relief. They clarify all doubts before beginning the procedure and make patients feel like family, comfortable enough to discuss any questions. Both doctors have excellent assistants (in my case, I was attended to by two kind assistants or technicians; I'm not entirely sure of their profession and wouldn't want to be mistaken, but I wanted to mention them. I remember their names are Johanna and Raymond). Overall, there's a unique atmosphere of organization and camaraderie, combined with extensive knowledge and, I reiterate, a high level of professionalism that deserves to be emphasized, resulting in excellent work. I wish them continued success and hope God continues to bless them so they can help many other people in need, just as I did. I've told my closest friends, who are planning their next vacation to the Island of Enchantment, not only to enjoy the weather, the beautiful beaches, and the delicious food. But with the main purpose of visiting the “Dental Esthetic Solutions” clinic and achieving their dreams, like mine, of having a spectacular smile.

I was very disappointed with the service I received when I called the office. They didn't take the time to check my records or speak to me properly; they just wanted to get me out of trouble. They told me I had to come to the office, even though I had explained several times that I lived off-island, and the doctor had already seen me, knowing my situation.

Unfortunately, we had problems with our health insurance before we were seen. At this office, they were angry with us about the situation and made us feel awful, as if it were our fault.
