Although the medical staff provides excellent service, the secretarial staff is mediocre. Communication is practically nonexistent, and any interaction is negative. Getting a response is like asking for a miracle, and they insist on doing everything via WhatsApp, only replying when they feel like it. Even worse, when you speak to them in person, they're incredibly rude. It's a shame that a medical office with such capable doctors suffers from poor service in the most crucial area: direct patient contact. They need a new team managing the office, one with the ability and tact to work effectively with clients.
