Wonderful experience! The office is small, but the service is magnificent and incredibly human, something that is unfortunately increasingly difficult to find. I was seen by the dentist Adriana, she is super friendly and made me feel very comfortable!

Dr. Adriana is very professional, friendly, and charismatic. The clinic is located inside the Potengi Flat building, which provides security for patients. Everything is very clean, organized, and beautiful. The doctor is so nice that she even has a chair that gives massages while she treats our teeth! I loved it!

it cost R$200.00, but since I have Hapvida insurance it would cost R$150.00. I just replied that I would check. I left there upset because in all my years at the dentist, this had never happened before, with people charging for procedures. Anyway, I was going to give a negative review, but I decided to wait six months to have the cleaning done at another clinic and see if they would do the procedure. I went to the Odonto Moura clinic, and the dentist did a very good cleaning of my teeth without me having to pay anything and without using any equipment.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Dental Esthetic! From the reception staff to the dentists, everyone is always super attentive and helpful. But I must highlight Dr. Adriana Arndt, who was absolutely incredible! Her attention, professionalism, and willingness to help were impressive.

In December I was there and the suction device was broken. Dr. Adriana saw me last week in a huge rush, she didn't finish the entire periodontal treatment because she said I was experiencing a lot of bleeding. She asked me to return yesterday, and to my surprise, it wasn't her to finish what she had already started. She didn't inform me, and the cavity I have wasn't removed. I wouldn't recommend a…

Good afternoon, Ms. Madalena, clarifying what you mentioned, the cleaning was done by your health plan because it authorized it with ultrasound. Due to inflamed gums and tartar making a complete cleaning difficult, a partial cleaning was done so you could return the following week to complete it. Regarding the cavities, the procedure was a restoration and not a periodontal cleaning with ultrasound. The WhatsApp service is terrible, practically nonexistent. The in-person service is good. They don't keep to the scheduled time.
