Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this clinic! On July 14th, 2022, I had a scheduled appointment with them for a dental evaluation. However, upon arriving and identifying myself to the receptionist, she informed me that due to a waiting period, I could not be seen! She checked the system and saw that I had had a cleaning procedure done six months prior... THE THING IS, I didn't go…

there for another CLEANING! I went there for an EVALUATION, therefore, they couldn't refuse to treat me! But I only realized this after leaving the clinic... When my wife reminded me, she had the same cleaning procedure done on the same day as me, and only two months later she was able to get an appointment at another clinic and have her evaluation done! To prove that the *DENTAL ESTHETIC CLINIC* used (I don't know if in bad faith), or out of prejudice against my plan (as another patient has already reported in a comment below...), or I don't know, prejudice against the region where I live, anyway... On the same day (July 14, 2022), through the plan's own app, I managed to schedule another appointment, at another location, just a few hours after the incident. And I was seen normally!!! Lamentable!! Note: I noticed that on the scheduled day and time there was no one else at the location. I went back hours later to get my car, which was parked in front, and there was no one there either! IT DOESN'T SURPRISE ME!! REFUSING SERVICE LIKE THAT AND SHOWING FAVORITISM TO STAFF, IT WILL REMAIN EMPTY!!!!

Excellent! From the reception to the professional who attended to me. Highly polite, responsible, and charismatic people. Clean and organized environment. Any negative comments about this clinic are misguided; I didn't perceive any kind of prejudice towards the client at any time.
Terrible service! They mistreat people out of pure prejudice. It's all just a reputation.
