not delivered. I started with "you get a free overnight stay, including your companion," along with a free initial consultation with a doctor and first examination. The day before, they said, "Oh, well, it's just a rather small room with two beds," so not what's shown on the website. So we ended up paying for accommodation elsewhere. Then, upon arrival at the clinic, the patient was immediately taken to a 3D scan without any questions (but I had a recent CT scan, and this 3D was completely unnecessary). Now it quickly became clear why they were doing a 3D scan without asking anything beforehand. Yes, you have to pay €100 for that. Afterward, the patient came out of the treatment room after about 5 minutes, and no questions (regarding a possible All-on-4 treatment) were answered. I was the companion and said that after the examination (of 5 minutes??) I wanted to speak with the surgeon. "Yes, yes, okay." Well, nothing doing there either. I couldn't see or ask any doctor. And as you know, with such a major procedure, you have a lot of questions. After about After a 30-45 minute wait, an office worker (a woman) came with something like a cost estimate in Croatian (and not in German as we had previously agreed). And now the next lie comes to light. In writing, prior to our trip, it stated that the total cost for both jaws, all-inclusive, was €12,000, plus approximately €600-1,000 for general anesthesia (if desired). However, the office worker showed us something completely different: €22,000! Absolutely outrageous! People who come from faraway countries solely for this opportunity (examination, consultation, and somewhat lower prices than promised) are in for a very nasty surprise. Aside from someone picking them up at the airport and having to pay €100 for a 3D scan (even if they don't want it at the moment), everything else is a lie! The doctor only spends 5 minutes on the examination, and there's no consultation with him. It leaves you speechless. The nurses are very... Unfriendly and doesn't even let you finish speaking. I would warn everyone, really everyone: save yourselves time and nerves and find another clinic that actually delivers on its promises. Dentum is the worst experience I've ever had, in every respect.

I had a bridge put in to my upper jaw just over a year ago. Initially I was not happy with the original result. The team invited me back and made the necessary adjustments and the fit and look is so much better. They could not have been more helpful and kind and I am really happy with the result.
