rushed dental work had left me in a lot of pain, stress and out lots of money. Within Zagreb I had already been to 2 different dentists both who were more about $$$ and dismissed my concerns. They showed the attitude of I’m the professional and I know best and made really odd treatment plans with tons of unnecessary work. They made me wonder if I was just being too sensitive and whether the issues I was feeling were in my head. Their English communication was also poor even though they work for so called dental tourism clinics and cater to clients from other countries. They treated me as if I had no knowledge about my dental health and shamed me for my teeth. In my first meeting with Dr. Boris I was immediately impressed. He is a phenomenal communicator. He is able to explain brilliantly the technical and the scientific aspect of the dental work he will perform. He also involved me actively in diagnosis and formulating the treatment plan and was not condescending at all. It is clear that dr. Boris is passionate and extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field of work but is also willing to learn more. He did proper diagnostics to get to the bottom of the issue and didn’t dismiss me as being worried for no reason. He was realistic about the situation but was also a problem solver. He never once shamed me about the condition of my teeth but always tried to fix issues. He is patient and will try his best to do what is best for YOUR teeth and health. He took my concerns seriously and replaced 3 very poorly fitted crowns. I feel so much better and can clean the area a lot better now. Previous dentists wanted to do work that was easier for them and more expensive for me. Dentamico worked with me and my insurance and really deserve all the excellent reviews. You will not find a dentist and clinic like this with such high regard and respect for the patient, answering all questions without hesitation and doing excellent dental work with your permission only. I recommend Dr. Boris to my own family and friends without any hesitation and would even fly from North America to see him after I move.
An exceptionally pleasant and friendly atmosphere with an approachable team that is ready to answer all your questions in detail, but also to mention everything that is important and that you did not think of yourself. From the first moment you feel that you are in safe hands that work for your benefit, and in the end it really is. All praise to the team! :)

But sometimes even that is not enough, so you have to go to the dentist. In that case, you should choose one who can solve all your problems. a huge amount of love, she is not afraid of any problem and always, but always does everything she can to save teeth. It was not easy for us, but with Tea there is no giving up, we worked through laughter and tears and every time I would get a dose of encouragement, lots of useful advice and most importantly: healthy and functional teeth. I left Dentamic with solved problems that I had been dragging on for years and I am delighted to know that there are people like Tea and Robert in healthcare. I don't even need to mention that they won me over from the beginning with their wonderful attitude towards patients, the quality of their work, the fact that they were always there for all my questions, and even after every "dramatic" visit I would get a message asking how I was and if everything was okay. This is by far the best dental care clinic I have been to in a long time. Excellent care from start to finish! Coming into the office, it is clean, bright, and nicely appointed. Very attentive, meticulous and high quality work done. I am usually a little apprehensive about needles but with Tea it was no sweat at all! Don't plan on going anywhere else!

generated text, but it’s nothing of the sort. I’ve never written Google review but what I recently experienced at Dentamico deserves much much more. So here it goes: Even before I had my first appointment, I heard only good things from my sister and mum who already met them. They praised them like some dentist stars and I thought they must surely exaggerate. When my sister had an appointment I went with her to Zagreb to see those stars for my own eyes. And let me tell you how wrong they were. Robert is not a star and neither is Tea. They are gods! Superhumans! 1. The organization Because we travel to them from Slovenia they always bend and adapt to accommodate all our schedules so we can have appointments together and thus travel together. They have comfortable sofas which we can utilise while waiting for each other and free parking spaces. They also adjust time of the appointments if necessary and work later then usual (I’m sure), just to make it happen. Also, their time management skills are above average and they have unbelievable grasp of how much time each patient will take, so you hardly ever wait your turn. 2. Attitude This cannot be overstated - both Tea and Robert as human beings are really an example to all of us. They are kind, attentive, calm, patient, they take time to explain everything you could want to hear. Both of them want you to understand what is happening, what is the plan, how and when the goal will be achieved. Everything is always communicated openly and without any hidden agenda. They are honest and will tell you if they think something is above their knowledge or hard to achieve (but with Tea’s skills this probably rarely happens). When you see their way of working, you never want to visit or deal with business that is not kind, honest, down to earth and puts this much effort into human relationships as they do. Sadly, they are a hidden gem when it comes to this and it’s almost impossible to find such service anywhere, not just in dentistry. 3. Knowledge and skills If you want to understand what will happen to your teeth or what happened in the past, they have answers. They also tell you if they don’t have them, as mentioned. They do not overpromise or brag. Knowledge simply pours out of them. And if you think your teeth are beyond repair, try Tea. I have (had) an awful situation with my teeth and I tried a lot of dentists already, some cheap, some expensive, but none of them did what Tea can do. She really works miracles, is gentle and stubborn in wanting to do a perfect job. She will sit beside you for hours at a time if needed, bending her back, listening to Oliver Dragojević, taking care of every little detail and doing an amazingly unbelievably unthinkably awesome job. This is a long wall of text you just read, and I have so much more to write about Dentamico, but let me spare you. If you want best of the best, royal treatment and skill, book an appointment and let yourself be surprised, just like I was. You will never look back. Thank you Tea. Thank you Robert. I wish world was filled with people like you. You really are true superstars in my eyes.
