Treatment began in October 2019 and was completed in June 2020, unfortunately three months later due to Covid. I felt extremely well cared for from the first day to the last. The team was very friendly and competent. Extra sedation or pain injections were no problem at all. Antibiotics and painkillers after the 12 implants were purchased cheaply at the pharmacy. d that a 3D X-ray was required and that I should go to an address given to me. Hidden cost trap – I had to pay the costs, of course, even though a total amount had been agreed upon (that was just the beginning). After my return with the X-ray, I was told that the agreed price was no longer valid because more work would be required. It was actually almost €2000 more than originally agreed! I thought, okay, if it's better this way and MY WISH (a gold tooth) is fulfilled, I'll accept this offer. Before the procedure, I paid approximately 40% of the total amount in cash upfront. The first procedure took place in May 2020, during which I received six implants. As it turns out today, at least two healthy teeth were extracted unnecessarily. Until December 1, 2020, I thought everything was fine; after all, they were specialists, and I generally trusted the doctors. But then came the bitter disappointment. On December 1, 2020, the second appointment was scheduled, where everything should have been completed. But then came the bitter disappointment! The doctor, "Boki," then said that he could NOT fulfill my request (according to the quote and agreement from May). The gold tooth cannot be "inserted" as discussed and agreed upon because the bridge would also have to be made of gold (to match), and it would cost me an additional €1,500. I WAS SHOCKED!!! He extracted the exact tooth where the gold tooth should have been, along with another healthy tooth next to it (unnecessarily), and placed an implant. But that's not all. He also drilled a tooth for free and fitted a crown, which, as it turns out, was also unnecessary! When I told him that this wasn't fair and that there would be legal consequences, he blackmailed me on the spot, threatening to stop the treatment if I didn't pay the remaining balance before it was finished. At that point, I was essentially toothless, since most of my teeth had been extracted and the rest drilled. I was in excruciating pain (for which I was charged €100 for painkillers, which I later had to buy myself for €10 at a pharmacy in Belgrade), and I also suffered psychologically because I never expected anything like this. Healthy teeth were extracted, more work was done than necessary, and I was blackmailed and coerced at a time when I didn't know what to do with myself and the pain!! I have various video and photo documents, including the old quotes and the new invoice, which I will hand over to my lawyer because I will definitely take legal action against this blackmailer and fraudster! As proof, I have (thankfully) two eyewitnesses who signed off on what they saw and heard while they were present. An interpreter (according to him) and another doctor who later completed my treatment (AFTER I had paid everything in advance) instead of Dr. Bojan. ***In my opinion - a scam, since he probably thought he was from Austria and there was money to be made there.*** In my opinion - most of the reviews here are bought, and the few honest ones may have actually been fair treatment. As I said, in my opinion, most of the reviews are either from the people themselves or paid for. There are so many dental practices in Belgrad!!! Some of them are more reputable!!!! Choose any other one. This one is absolutely not recommended!!!
It was nice to come here. Cozy people, cozy and clean premises, great equipment and comfortable treatment at a reasonable price. Very nice follow-up and control and careful and thorough treatment.
