If you have ever had problems with your teeth or, like me, despite having healthy teeth, were simply dissatisfied with their color and shape, believe me, this team of professionals is able to turn a Hollywood Smile into reality after a seven-day tourist visit to Belgrade, a smile that surpasses desires you never dared to dream of... 😁😎 Update: After subsequent examinations at other dentists, I am changing this review from 5 stars to one because of the following facts that I learned later during examinations at other dentists, but I am leaving the first part of the review so that the chronology is visible: 1. The crown of one of the lower molars did not fit well during cementation because even during the trials without cement it was impossible to remove it in any way except with pliers, we immediately noticed that the bite was not right, the dentist did not tell me what the problem was at all, he just ground the crown on the top side and the bite was fine after that, but the crown remained short on the inner side and now food debris gets in there and that tooth hurts because it is not covered by a cover in completely, 2. My wife and I did Hollywood Smile together and since her face color is darker we chose a less white color of the covers for her and a lighter shade for me, by mistake these shades were swapped and so they were installed without us being told at all but we only noticed it much later at home and confirmed it with the dentist who immediately saw the difference opposite to what it should have been, These two mistakes above are the main reason why I am changing the rating of this review and I previously gave it 5 stars despite the following omissions that I was aware of from the beginning but which I decided not to mention at all. 3. On the first day of our arrival for treatment, instead of keeping the money to pay for the treatment in some ridiculous safe in the hotel room, immediately upon arrival at the office, we paid for 2 procedures in cash for 12,000 euros, and on the last day of our stay, we received an "invoice" in euros without a date, which means that our treatments were done "on the black market" and we certainly did not come to have these procedures done "on the black market" but rather contacted the Marco Dental Tourism Serbia Instagram page. On the first day of arriving at Dr. Bojana Perduv's office, when paying, I asked the aforementioned doctor if we could get a discount since we were doing 2 procedures at once, to which he literally yelled that he couldn't and I don't understand why he couldn't say it in a normal tone instead of unnecessarily yelling. The rest of the relationship and communication with Dr. Perduv, except for that excess, was mostly fine. 4. I only know the dentist who installed our Hollywood Smile by the name of "Vlado" and apart from the mistakes on the Hollywood Smile, the relationship with him was really fine, while the "bill" in euros listed a certain Dr. Renea Gajić, whom we never even saw at the time of our procedure, let alone did anything for us because she was supposedly on maternity leave at the time, so it's likely that dentist Vlado was also doing our Hollywood Smile procedures "on the black market". Also, when cementing the crowns, cement remained between 2 of my teeth and it was roughly physically cleaned with a steel toothpick by dentist Vlada, and now I have a gap between those 2 teeth that wasn't there before, 5. All the nurses were very kind and really tried, only one young woman, I think a doctor, Bojana, seemed really rude when she did something after Vlada, and it was extremely painful and she was obviously doing it wrong, hitting her roughly, so I waited for her solely because of the pain, so I didn't want her to work harder, but rather wait for Vlada, 6. In the hotel where we stayed, and nowhere else, no one asked us for any documents, nor did we present them at the office, and we came from a country 1,600 kilometers away, so the accommodation was certainly "on the black", Basically, if they had told us in person about the mistakes that my crown didn't fit all the way and was short on the inside, and that they had mistakenly changed the agreed colors of Hollywood Smile, we would have stayed a day or two longer and fixed it, and I would have been fooled by these other scams ignored and left the review as it was but they obviously didn't want the extra expense to fix their mistakes. Basically, a disaster and not professionalism.
