Dental Clinic Dr Diaz Luxury Smile

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this clinic. Communication was initially fine, and they even confirmed they would hold my appointment date while I finalized my flight booking. Based on that, I organized my entire trip accordingly. However, once my plans were set, they refused to honor the originally discussed date and offered no reasonable alternative. I was then told the next available appointment was several days later, making my trip essentially pointless. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for a client’s time and planning is unacceptable, especially for a service that requires travel. I would not recommend this clinic if you need to plan around an appointment, as their commitments do not seem reliable.

Today I got my porcelain veneers done by the one and only Dr. Luis Felipe Diaz in Bogotá, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! ✨ Traveling all the way from Amsterdam, Netherlands was absolutely worth it. The results truly speak for themselves, and I’m beyond satisfied. Dr. Diaz pays incredible attention to detail and makes sure you don’t leave the clinic until you’re 100% happy with your smile. Highly recommend! 😁

There is nothing that I can write on a review that can describe my experience with Dr Diaz and his team at Luxury smile it was a five star experience I left with such gratification and joy that left me speechless my teeth came out absolutely perfect just like my own teeth but straight no gaps and white and beautiful. All i can say is wow the time and attention they take into there craft is absolutely beautiful they care about people and take the time and listen which is one skill most doctors lack this day of age. Flying to another country to get dental work is certainly nerve-racking or at least it was for me. Dr. Diaz helped me feel comfortable and confident in my decision throughout the entire process. I am so happy with the results of my veneers. Before I left Bogota, I got more than one compliment from people I met as we were discussing why I was in Bogota, how long, etc. Now that I am back home, the compliments haven't stopped. My friends who knew I went and why have been absolutely stunned and multiple of them want to go see Dr. Diaz themselves. When I was researching Dr. Diaz, I kept seeing the word "natural" which I thought was a marketing gimmick, until multiple people have used that very word after they learn that I got veneers. I can't thank Dr. Diaz and Valentina enough. I had a pretty smile before my veneers, but I had no idea how happy I could be with my smile until the first time Dr. Diaz handed me the mirror. I was speechless and very close to being emotional.

Swelling was expected and there was some mild discomfort, but no actual pain—which was unbelievable. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I also had porcelain veneers done, and they are absolutely magnificent. The craftsmanship, detail, and natural look exceeded my expectations. My smile looks incredible. In addition to Dr. Diaz and Valentina, their entire team is wonderful—kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The level of care I received was truly top-notch. I had an excellent experience with Dr Diaz Luxury Smile. I had 16 porcelain veneers, 5 crowns including a tooth build up and tooth crack repaired, 4 metal fillings changed, gum contouring surgery, 1 implant surgery, and deep cleaning. I flew from Washington DC to Bogota and had a truly exemplary experience with Dr Diaz and his fine team. I enjoyed included private round trip transportation to and from the airport with a very positive and friendly driver. My and my companion’s comfort level was always held in the highest esteem throughout my experience. Communication was always excellent and every step of my journey was explained clearly and swiftly to me. I received photographic proof of all work completed along with detailed instructions on the care of my new smile. The nearby Marriott hotel arranged for me as a part of the included cost was lovely with a fabulous included buffet breakfast featuring exotic fruits native to Colombia. What I enjoyed most about Dr Diaz was his compassion (I have a phobia about dentistry) and his meticulous approach to the appearance and FUNCTION of my new Hollywood smile. I am beyond grateful for his artistry and professionalism. If you are an American citizen, you need not worry that this is a disreputable professional/business because I can assure you that you will experience the kind of luxury service that one hopes for when investing in your smile as the warmest representation of your character in both business and pleasure. All the stars in the sky wouldn’t be enough to express my humble gratitude. My smile at long last reflects the beauty of my heart.

I tried to contact them for 3 days and they finally responded on the fourth day at 1:30 am saying that they would let me know when they could call me back. They should have better customer service, just like they advertise on social media.
