I had a really great experience here. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and incredibly patient, especially with the language barrier. That alone made a stressful situation feel a lot easier. I came in with a sudden tooth issue, and they were able to see me the same day. Not only that, they got me back in the very next day to complete the work. That kind of responsiveness is rare, and it made a huge difference. The dentist was extremely thorough and detail-oriented. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ve had plenty of dental visits over the years, and this was easily one of the best. The tooth feels great now, and I left feeling genuinely taken care of. Pricing was also very fair, which helped me feel comfortable moving forward without hesitation. No pressure, no surprises, just honest and professional care. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you need dental work and want to feel confident you’re in good hands, this is the spot. Fantastic dental care in Bogotá! My mom and I visited Bogotá for vacation, but on the first day, she noticed that her front tooth was about to fall out. I quickly searched on Google Maps for a good dentist and was so grateful to find this place! Doctora María, with her calm and reassuring presence, immediately eased my mom’s anxiety. She replaced my mom’s fallen permanent implant with a flexible, removable tooth that looked perfect and felt comfortable. By the very next day, it was ready, my mom was relieved and it looks perfect! This place is amazing, everyone that I dealt with was/is very professional. They took the time to explain everything to me. I must admit that I have not taken good care of my teeth but the manner in which I was treated was absolutely incredible. There were several locations when I did a google search and this was the closest to me by about 200 meter. Urgently searching for a good dentist, I stumbled upon Biodentina after comparing three dentists. It was as if inspired by Pacha Mama herself. I'm so full of praise that I have to describe it star by star: * Hospitalidat: what a welcoming energy! I once called it the healing, converging effect of feminine decisiveness. The contrast with the masculine coldness in both the Curaçaoan and Colombian dentists I'd visited was astonishing; the calming, affirming, and reassuring power of Biodentina's dentists did 55% of the work, and I needed a lot of work! ** Professionalism: Biodentina's expertise and practical application of the difference between conventional and biological dentistry is revealed to you without batting an eyelid; the integrity of my teeth was protected by fire and sword against... uh... myself. These professionals have prevented me from having an extraction and implant, restored five other front teeth as if they were diamonds, but above all, implanted in me the unshakeable conviction that I will never again doubt the fundamental, vital, and graceful function of my teeth in my life. *** Professionalism: a modest practice, staffed by a full team and equipped with the best equipment, distinguishes its comparative advantage solely through the unifying force of passion. The acquisition of knowledge about the latest and most body-friendly materials and procedures is continuous, eager, and admirable. This knowledge is also disseminated from practitioners to residents, and from practice to university students. Impressive, but especially necessary in a reality where cost-effective (read: profitable) extraction, drilling, and quick patching has become the norm. -* Unapologetic: as a cold, rational Dutchman, my request for a complete cost overview in advance was not entirely granted. In hindsight, it all turned out to be an exercise in surrender, trust, and reality recognition (every single tooth—mine—needed to be treated). In reality, it boiled down to a short-term cost analysis versus a long-term benefit analysis. In retrospect, I'm very grateful that I was steered away from the former and seduced by the latter. Biodentina simply and lovingly placed this star in my smile-with-my-teeth position #12. -** Perseverance: my persistent efforts to reduce costs were expertly and lovingly listened to a second time, but shifted to a long-term perspective. A cost estimate of 32 teeth was neatly limited by the treatment of the six most urgent front teeth. And after comparing with a regular, second dentist, everything became absolutely clear: the futility of the "regular" practice of drilling, bonding, filling, and basic fine-tuning was completely and utterly overturned by Biodentina's practice of drilling, embedding, cleaning, strengthening, double bonding, filling, fine-tuning, polishing, meticulous coordination with surrounding teeth, and a second and final polishing. Biodentina is giving me this last star again, but I'll return it at my next visit for my remaining teeth. Something I'm really looking forward to.
