Throughout my 82-year life, dental problems have accounted for 80% of all my health problems. Coming into the hands of Dr. Pelivan, everything changes, from consideration for the patient to a professional approach to his work and the best final solution. I sincerely recommend the services of Dr. Pelivan to all patients, and I rate her overall work and services with a 5/5.

Extremely professional and approachable doctor Pelivan. An excellent diagnostician who gets to the heart of the problem. She explains each step of the therapy in detail during check-ups. Excellent in communicating with patients so that there are no misunderstandings when leaving the office. I am very satisfied with the results of the therapy so far. All praise and recommendations.
A modern, spacious, airy office with a separate waiting room for smaller children where they can draw and play. Dr. Marija Pelivan is very kind, professional and thorough. Thanks to her, my children got rid of their fear of the dentist, so they ask when their check-ups are. pain and trauma.

Very nice clinic, modernly decorated, extremely friendly staff. I would especially like to single out Dr. Pelivan. The orthodontic therapy lasted a year and a half, exactly as the doctor said. In addition to solving the problem of my deep bite, I got the wider and more beautiful smile I wanted.

The doctor made up the diagnosis and lied to me. I was told that I needed to have a root canal and fix all my teeth even though they were healthy (just to make more money). The doctor's name was Marija Peliva and she was really unprofessional. Plus the procedure she did on me (one cavity) was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. doctor is extremely kind and really knowledgeable. She explained it very well so that I finally understood what I needed to do. The doctor did a miracle and from someone who always hid her smile, now I really laugh from the bottom of my heart!!! By the way, I found out about the doctor from a friend of mine who only had words of praise and I would like to thank him for this. I would never have dared to have all the procedures that were necessary (extraction, treatment, crowns, etc.) if the doctor had not been so patient and everything went completely painlessly and without fear. She is extremely kind and calm so that you forget the fear of the dentist's chair and you simply don't feel like you are at the dentist. What makes her the best and different from the others is that she really loves her job and you never feel like a number. The doctor has a very calm hand and you don't have to say if you are in pain during the tooth repair, she can see it on your face. Honestly, I am very dissatisfied with the therapy with Marija Pelivan, to the point that I went to other orthodontic specialists for opinions, who unfortunately confirmed my suspicions. she just starts shouting at me. I feel terrible and recently I expressed my dissatisfaction to her that my upper and lower units are not symmetrical, to which she snapped at me that it is, and I quote: "only 1 millimeter, so that no one can see it except me" I literally have stress when I go for a check-up because when I express any dissatisfaction, she just starts shouting and shouting. I could write endlessly about all the unpleasant situations I have had, starting with being late. Namely, the lady is often late for the agreed appointments and uses all sorts of excuses, such as: "I had a flat tire", "I went out to buy cigars", "it is very crowded"... In one word, disaster, disrespecting me as a person, and then as her patient, and, don't get me wrong, I'm talking about a delay of one hour or more where I literally sit on the wall in front of the surgery and wait for the lady to show up. And those times when the person in question was in the doctor's office, I would only wait 30-45 minutes for my turn. I have no intention at all of defaming Miss Pelivan. However, the problem arose when I asked her to stop the therapy and if we could break up peacefully. After that, he invites me to the doctor's office so they can sort everything out. I must admit that before coming to the office I was very skeptical and I expected the lady to be very harsh, but she surprised me with her calmness when she just kicked the chair with her foot and in a commanding tone ordered me to sit on it. After that gentle introduction, she tried to persuade me to continue the therapy, but I didn't like it. I decided to stop the therapy and I also asked her, if possible, to refund the rest of my money because I had previously paid for the device in full, and I hadn't even reached half of the therapy. She started yelling at me, but this time I didn't let it happen, and maybe I overdid it myself because, having previously googled her, I saw on her website that it didn't say where she graduated from college and that she didn't have a specialization, which I used in that heated exchange of words by asking her if it was true that she didn't have a specialization and where she graduated from college (I was wrong because it was on a personal level and I apologize for that, but it was just boiling inside me so much that I couldn't stand the yelling and screaming anymore). In the end, she just chased me out of the office, telling me that I would never see the money.
