e office, I could feel a tense, uncomfortable atmosphere between the staff, specifically Ivica Pelivan and his assistant, who was obviously his partner, which very quickly spread to me as a patient. They were probably in some kind of partnership dispute because the poor assistant was in total misery and smoked cigarette after cigarette at the door. Instead of a professional and calm approach, I was greeted with communication filled with arrogance, arrogance and, ultimately, verbal aggression. He was visibly upset and it had absolutely nothing to do with me as a patient because I didn't even manage to say two words. During the procedure itself, at one point I unconsciously moved my tongue while the doctor was putting on my splint. Instead of being calmly explained to me, the reaction was inappropriately violent, hostile and, frankly, frightening. Such an emotional outburst, accompanied by a lack of self-control, is completely unacceptable in any professional environment, especially in a dental office where patients are often already stressed. In the end, I literally got up from the dentist's chair in the middle of the procedure and left the office in tears. I literally SCREAMED so hard that I was shaking when I got out on the road. We all know that there are top experts who, along with technical skill, retain the most important thing, a human approach. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. The man is literally a mental case. For all of the above, I cannot recommend this office, regardless of the level of technical expertise. There are experts everywhere, it is not worth giving money to people like this. In the healthcare field, professionalism does not end with the quality of workmanship, but begins with respect, empathy and basic decency. None of the above was shown to me. I didn't even get an apology afterwards. If I could, I would give him a zero, but he didn't deserve that either. EDIT: You may have forgotten me, but I certainly haven't forgotten you and my experience, and besides, I came through a mutual friend and you duly invoiced me for the service, which means that my name definitely exists in your system. Instead of taking responsibility or at least showing a minimum of professionalism, you decided to publicly deny the facts. This only further confirms my initial impression of a lack of integrity. I didn't expect anything better, believe me.
