I’ve been coming to this clinic for over ten years, and today was unexpectedly my worst experience. I went in for a cleaning with a dentist I had never met before, Dr. Nunhathai Chirdchutham. She arrived late to my appointment, which I understand—perhaps she had back-to-back patients (though my appointment was at 11 a.m., so I’m not sure how busy it was before I arrived). When I asked if she could check whether I had any cavities, she quickly responded, “Look, if you want to know, we need to do a scan—I can’t fully see otherwise.” I wasn’t aware that a scan was required for confirmation, and she didn’t take even a moment to explain. After I did the scan, when the results came out, Dr. Nunhathai rushed in and said, ฟันไม่ผุนะคะ โอเคนะคะ จบนะคะ - No cavities, okay? Everything’s fine, that’s it,” and then quickly left. I didn’t even get the chance to ask the questions I had in mind. This clinic has had a great reputation for decades, and I’ve never encountered a dentist here with this kind of attitude. Highly recommend to ask who is your dentist before making a visit.

Amazing dentist! Easy to book, very professional service. I have gone here for 2 cleans and they always take fantastic care of me. The dentist speaks English perfectly, explained everything to me and they are very kind and friendly. Highly recommend!

Extremely poor time management. Staff training is crucial; everyone's time is valuable. I had an appointment with the dentist at 2:30 PM for a tooth extraction, but arrived about an hour early. I checked in to let them know I was there. I then asked the staff member holding the patient list if I could have the procedure done earlier. ne before 2:30 PM." I waited for a very long time, and no one called me in until 2:30 PM. At 2:33 PM, someone finally called me in to lie down and wait for the doctor. I waited another 10 minutes, and no staff member came to see me. I had to ask the person with the equipment to go find someone. At 2:43 PM, they said the doctor was busy with another case and asked if I wanted to wait another 10 minutes or reschedule. I'm sorry to say this, but if it was going to be this late, why didn't you inform me earlier? I could have used that time for other things, like getting something to eat before the extraction. Patients have errands to run too. This is blatant tardiness, and there's a lack of commitment to customers that they can be seen earlier.

I brought my daughter to get Invisalign treatment. The clinic has been newly renovated and looks great. They have complete equipment, a full team of specialists, and the staff are very attentive. The doctors are also lovely. I recommend the Addis toothpaste; it's excellent.
