Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with the clinic. I was with Dr. Bartošová, and she and her nurse were polite and nice. The problem was with the arrogant receptionist, who gave the impression that she works hard 24/7. bad impression, but he chirped like a bird to clients of foreign origin, while with me he probably had trouble finding Czech words and putting them together coherently. I must also mention that if you have acute inflammation with pain, they will almost refuse to treat you as their patient due to lack of finances (although they won't actually tell you in advance how much you should prepare). Very expensive clinic, for those looking for a dentist for decent money, I recommend going elsewhere.
I am very grateful that I finally found the perfect dentist, recommended by a friend, with whom I feel safe. MDDr. Dolejší is very pleasant, sensitive and meticulous and always welcomes you with a smile on his lips. I appreciate the modern environment and that I can have music played. Our sessions were always on time, painless and I was informed about all the steps 😊

first braces went smoothly. Prices seem reasonable. So far I am happy that I chose this orthodontist after having had consultations at other places which did not have such a good approach.

I had my icon done by hygienist Adam Slávik and I can recommend him. I'm thrilled. If I had known that the result would be this great, I would have gone to the icon a long time ago. Mr. Slávik is also professional, nice, he explains everything willingly and the result is worth it. So if you're hesitating, go for it, you won't regret it.

pay extra for information that is 100% clear? Also, the treatment was painless and in a pleasant atmosphere, but the fillings were not made correctly in relation to the shape of my teeth. The beginning of caries in one of the teeth was missed. Two fillings were made flat and did not touch the teeth of the upper jaw. I would like to know why this happened and is there an explanation for this? But this is no longer important, since I had to change the shape of the filling, so it began to interfere with chewing food. Also, I came with severe pain in the upper teeth, but the doctor said that it was a disease of the upper teeth and did NOT NOTICE that there was a crack inside two teeth, which could cause this pain. Yes, during the appointment, I could not say exactly in which tooth the pain was, because it spread to 4 teeth at once, but this is why they take pictures, to see what exactly can cause pain. Surprisingly, this problem was corrected in another clinic in one session! So, after six months of observation in this clinic, I have mixed feelings: At first glance, the clinic seems professional, with an amazing approach and it would seem that the doctor told me about all the problems, but on the other hand, it is the solution to the problems that leaves much to be desired (fillings were done incorrectly, wisdom teeth were removed only on the advice of another doctor for an additional fee, when it is already clear that they need to be removed, omission or unwillingness to notice obvious problems with other teeth that must be resolved before installing braces, I also asked several times if there were any other problems with the teeth that need to be eliminated in order to go to braces with healthy teeth - I was told that everything was already normal, but in fact it turned out not to be, when I checked in several more clinics. Therefore, I can recommend this dentistry only if you do not have problems with your teeth and you only need to do cleaning and simple examinations. With more serious requests, I still recommend going to another place, where they will definitely help you achieve the desired result without studying the information yourself and without the need to beg to treat this or that tooth;

all. During first appointment I've received a printed plan with approximate pricing, everything is transparent. Paní Tatiana, who's assisting, is always smiling and creates warm atmosphere. I was really stressed before the visit, but now I feel that my teeth are in good hands and all the anxiety is gone. :) Also, dental hygiene with Paní Tereza Przybylová was a great experience. She explained proper cleaning to me with a great patience, and did a great job with removing tartar. Overall, I'm so glad I've ended up there! It's the first time I'm looking forward to next dentist appointment 😊

I have been cca 6 months ago. They said I had quite a few teeth to be treated and price over 20 k for all treatment. I went to two other dentists, they also did rentgen and confirmed that my teeth are okay and nothing needs treatment. So I am glad I went to another place to double check and didn't pay these money to get my healthy teeth sealed 🤐

Dear Ms. Sabirová, the issue of what is and is not necessary to repair at a certain point is actually a complex topic. The decision to repair is based on several criteria, many of which are to some extent subjective - both from the patient's and the doctor's point of view. Each doctor distinguishes between what is necessary/recommended and what is left for observation differently, according to various aspects such as the patient's age, oral hygiene status, the patient's approach to prevention, etc., which to a certain extent influence the further assumption of caries development and the expected rate of its growth. Of course, decisions about minor intervention are always more acceptable information for the patient. We firmly believe that the fact that doctors at other workplaces have decided not to repair some problems at this time does not mean that they are unaware of them, and we hope that the assessment that, in their opinion, you will not develop acute problems or gradual tooth destruction from these findings in the foreseeable future will be a reality.
