I have been regularly visiting dental hygiene at DC Mánesova since 2022. I rate all visits so far positively and am satisfied. I appreciate the approach of Bc. Adam Slávik, his professional and at the same time friendly communication during the procedure.
I would like to recommend this place to all the foreigners in Prague. The service is nice, I was glad that the receptionist called me back when I called them but they didn't answer. They care. incomplete due to time. Then the young lady that provide me the service chat with me about the teeth of her boyfriend when he sleeps, losing time of my session. Regarding the blood, the young lady told me that I would bleed a lot for around three weeks. But bleeding while cleaning my teeth stopped after two days. Then I cannot trust the young lady's reasons (time and blood) for not being able to finish in one session. I think it was more due to her unexperience (her time management of the session and her ability to perform a dental hygiene despite presence of blood, which is totally normal in that procedure). And now after reading the answer from the clinic, my trust on this clinic decreased a lot, because instead of taking care of the low quality of the service reported by a client, the clinic supported the low quality of service provided to a client. If you plan to go for dental hygiene in this clinic, take your risk if you want. ---------------------------------- I have had dental hygiene before in many other places in my life and that never happened before. And what happened with dental hygiene is a pitty because my first check up in the same clinic was the best in my life, very professional, they checked with patience and carefully every tooth

Dear client, thank you for your review. We are very disappointed with your perception and misunderstanding of the situation. It is common practice and part of our thoroughness when providing services (which I believe you have observed in other situations as mentioned in the end of your review), that it is recommended to the patient to come for cleaning recall within 1,2,3 or 6 months after first cleaning (based on the gum health, tartar amount etc.) for many reasons. Just to mention at least one of them - in some cases the bleeding from the inflamed gums might be so significant that it is not efficient in some cases even possible to remove all the tartar and plaque in the designated time slot of 1 session, and in such cases we recommend another session rather earlier. Our approach is individual and based on the patients situation and we believe that one fits all approach is not the right thing to do for our patients. However it might have happened that this has not been properly explained to you and leaded to the perception of "purposefully unfinished job" which I can not agree with.

Young, professional, empathetic and very friendly team that knows what they are doing. Everything is always explained to me in detail, including the price, and I have never had any procedure that hurt. I highly recommend it, especially to those who are afraid of the dentist. This is where your fear will go away 🙏
After 3 appointments I can't do anything other than absolutely recommend this clinic. All the staff I have dealt with is very professional and skilled at their job and give you confidence, which is always a must in my opinion when going to the dentist (especially for quite tricky procedures).
I can highly recommend it, absolutely great approach and most importantly, completely precise treatment. You can really see the difference here and the prices are the same as elsewhere in Prague.

In my case it was not complicated due to a clean break where nerves were not affected. Ivita and her assistant Patricia did a wonderful job. The place was pristine with all the latest technology. Simply fantastic. An amazing team of people with a great attitude from the reception to the dentist. I have had a lot of difficult procedures and a lot more to come and I have never experienced such a professional approach.
I’ve been to many dentists in my life and this is by far the best. They have the newest equipment and friendly and attentive staff. In terms of pain, I’ve never felt any, actually I almost fell asleep during a filling procedure. Top notch! Happy I got in when I did as space is extremely limited now.

is great, although the hygiene is very thorough and quite a massacre, so there's not much to say about the delicacy:) .. but I guess it's not a big deal... My friend also goes to this clinic and is very satisfied.
Best dentist I've ever had! There was a cancellation, so they were able to see me early which was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and spoke English--I felt very welcomed! The dentist used the best dental technology I've ever seen: she made a computerized replica of my entire mouth, and she used a mini x-ray to thoroughly check the spaces between my teeth. screen and explained everything so well. She gave me a printout of my personal tooth chart that showed my previous fillings and where I currently had a cavity. I felt listened to and like I understood everything she was doing. Then there was another cancellation, so I got my filling right then! It was quick, easy, and painless. She even showed me before and after pictures! I am so happt with how my appointment went, and I'll definitely be back again.

I tried to schedule an appointment at this clinic over the phone. I feel very disappointed: their receptionist doesn't always pick up the phone. When she did, she promised to call me back but never did. I had to keep chasing them over the phone to eventually obtain a preliminary appointment only 1month later. Your customer service requires MATERIAL improvement!

Dear Mr. Racanelli, we are sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory according to your opinion, however we are confident that for the reasons described below our receptionist is allways compliant with high standards of our clinic. To maintain those stanards which include besides many others avoiding delays of the scheduled appointments or reducing them to the minimum the receptionist serve all the customers physically present in the clinic prior to answering any remote clients - phone calls/e-mails, which is why some of the calls might stay without immediate response. For the same reason and due to the fact that we are regular dental clinic and not the emergency we are unfortunately not often able to squeeze in unscheduled urgent cases of patients which are not registered in our clinic or even refused to undergo the treatment as suggested by the best professional judgement of our dentists in the past! unless some of the scheduled clients cancells his appointment. For such cases we are only able to offer writing down the potential patient to a waiting list but naturally we can not provide any guarantee that this will lead to scheduling the appointment earlier than within the usual waiting time of several weeks.
