This dental clinic just opened last year. It’s very beautiful and clean. Love the atmosphere here. This clinic also provides coffee corner for the visitors who wait. And the important things, they have agreement with some insurance companies so if you have insurance that cover your treatment you can use it here (cashless). Recommended doctor: drg. Felicia Handali

had an appointment at Awal Bros after waiting in line for a month, but when the doctor tried to open your 3D X-ray, it still wouldn't open. Please be more thorough and professional. We pay for this service, not free. Due to the error that occurred twice, my sister now has to return to you to request a repeat X-ray and has to wait another month in line with the doctor. It's very disappointing.

The location is easy to find, the clinic is comfortable, clean, and tidy, with a waiting room and a children's playground. The doctor is very patient and meticulous in treating patients. The admin staff is friendly and always reminds us before the next check-up.
I'd made the appointment three months ago, but I was told only one week before that the doctor would be on duty. I would have preferred to have been told two or three weeks before the appointment, so I could have rescheduled. The booking process and the doctor were incredibly frustrating.
