It was a horrible experience. I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Tatiana. She didn't explain anything to me before starting the procedure, nor did she mention having seen my X-ray. Once we began, she kept telling me not to complain, and if I said it hurt, she got annoyed and said it wasn't possible. Finally, when one of the wisdom teeth became more difficult, she handled the situation terribly. She stopped and threatened not to finish the procedure because I was too difficult. I started crying and asked my boyfriend to intervene so she would finish the extraction. I think she was inexperienced and doesn't know how to manage a patient's anxiety. She shouldn't perform surgeries without the supervision of a more experienced professional. I also feel that she didn't explain what I could expect after the procedure and didn't specify how to properly clean my teeth. In short, she had terrible interpersonal skills. In summary, it was an unpleasant experience where I felt violated as a person. I would never have any procedures done by them again.
