I was very happy with my teeth cleaning by Dr. Jocelyn Pardenilla. Quick and efficient with nice results. I made the appointment by WhatsApp which was super efficient!
Is a very clean place and the doctors are very nice and professional they did a great job on our teeth cleaning I really recommend great place to visit on our next vacations .
My wife and I visited this dental office for teeth cleaning. They did an outstanding job, very professionally. This will be our favorite place for our next vacation. The dentists are very kind and very experienced.
The clinic staff are very friendly and make me feel comfortable. They have always treated me very well and have been taking care of me here since I was little. The treatment I am receiving is orthodontics, and the doctor who treats me is Dr. Eleonora Herrera.
Dr. David Aldana treated my daughter with exceptional kindness and professionalism. He helped us with the cleaning and filling of a molar, and throughout the entire visit he was very attentive, patient, and friendly, which made my daughter feel calm and confident. We are very satisfied with his care and would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Kevin's explanation was very clear, the facilities were impeccable, and all the staff were very friendly.
Excellent service from pediatric dentist David Aldana, he explains every detail, is very patient with babies and answers all your questions.

Their service was prompt and very friendly. However, they could improve their attention to detail, considering that the resin change was not performed on the entire piece, but only on a portion, even though the cost included the full piece.

Hi Pamela, We told you that in your case it was to fix the fracture in your tooth that day, and that's what was done, and we noticed that you were satisfied with the treatment. Changing everything you might want is to redo the resin veneer you already had, and that consequently entails a very different cost than the resin you received. However, to ensure you're satisfied, what we can do is have you come in to have the veneer on your previous tooth redone. The procedure would be performed by an oral rehabilitation specialist, and you would only pay the difference. If you decide to do this, we can schedule an appointment for you. We look forward to hearing from you.

I got here Tuesday with my kids and the unimaginable happened! I had a horrible tooth ache that was preventing me from eating all this delicious food Merida has to offer. I've never had any complaints. But today I arrived on time for my appointment, and as soon as I asked, they told me I'd have to wait approximately 45 minutes to be seen. If I don't stop to ask, the receptionists don't say anything and keep people waiting here without ANY consideration.

It's very likely that the day was quite busy with patients. Sometimes, even when we calculate the time, situations arise that require more time than anticipated, causing delays. However, patients are always notified, so your comment about the secretaries is quite unusual, as they are very attentive and friendly. You can even see this in previous comments. And precisely out of consideration for our patients, when one of the doctors is delayed with a treatment, the patient is always given the option of being seen by another dentist here or rescheduling, because we know that your time is as valuable as the doctors'.
