They told me to wait, that the doctor would be right there. Minutes passed, and I was there alone in the office for approximately 30-40 minutes. Assistants kept coming in to get things while I waited. It was incredibly uncomfortable. When the doctor arrived, the consultation didn't even last 5 minutes. She asked me why I was there, and I told her about my hair. She looked at it superficially, without a magnifying glass or anything else, and told me that I had androgenic alopecia. She then offered me an expensive treatment of 6 sessions with the promise that by the sixth session, I would have "a full head of hair," as she put it, and then one more session. Every 3 or 6 months or so, for maintenance, which was supposed to be my lifelong treatment, they didn't even notice my seborrheic dermatitis! Then they took me to a microblading room with one of the assistants and gave me 3 injections. They never warned me how painful they were, and those minutes were pure torture. I can't describe the horrible pain of those injections. I left there crying and with an anxiety attack, and as I was leaving, in another office they were saying the SAME THING to someone else. So it felt like a super commercial clinic that doesn't really care about your health, just selling generic treatments like crazy. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
The WhatsApp service is not only slow, but also frequently inaccurate. The clinic is in a deplorable state. They don't adhere to the established hours. The type of client they attract is lower class, despite being in a high-value area. The in-office services are like those offered by a public health clinic. This clinic is a scam. The service is terrible; the doctor sees three patients at the same time, and my appointment didn't even last five minutes. I went for a treatment for blemishes that was supposedly laser-based, but it turned out to be some Hollywood skin treatment you can get at any beauty salon. I was honestly really excited about getting my Botox, but the doctor didn't even spend two minutes with me. One injection made my eye water. The result was good, but the doctor's service was a bit lazy. The Botox there lasts four months; I think it's Dysport. They also offered me a free peel with the Botox, but they didn't do it! A safe place with respectful treatment and a very knowledgeable doctor. In my case, my diagnosis ended up being skin cancer, which was very well managed both psychologically and surgically, as well as the rest of the tests. Thank you very much, Dr. Ochy.

more packages. They were late for every session, and when I was late for one, they deducted an excessive amount of time from my session. They never sent me the results photos; I don't know what they did with the photos they took during the process. The service was terrible. I would never recommend them or have any procedure done at this clinic again. Furthermore, there were no actual results from their treatments.
They give bad advice about cosmetic treatments. I absolutely do not recommend them.
I was going to get a hair treatment, but seeing all the opinions, I'd rather skip it.
We're looking for a dermatologist for my son, but I can't pass up the opportunity to recommend that the people at this clinic change their business name. People only see the bad or the mistakes, and when it comes to health, nobody takes risks, especially when they're paying. ne by different people who are clearly unqualified—they're not orthodontists, much less registered with the medical board. So, what this place does is highly unethical. However, I don't know how legally it's permissible, since if you pay for orthodontic services, you expect to be treated by the same qualified person, not this scam of "assistants."
Terrible service and customer support; it's worse than going to the insurance office. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less.
They were kind. But I didn't get the desired result despite it being a painful procedure that gave me an allergic reaction and had a good prognosis. I had injectables for fat removal in the navel area.
I had a dental cleaning appointment at 3 pm. As is my custom, I always arrive 15 minutes early for my medical appointments and other commitments. I was allowed in before several other people who had appointments at 3:00 pm for dental cleanings, and even a client who had an appointment at 1:00 pm; they all went in first. Do you see the point? It's 3:30 pm and I'm still waiting.
Be careful when coming to this clinic. A friend of mine had biopolymers injected 12 years ago. Understandably, people weren't aware of how harmful they were. But today, talking to a cousin, she told me she had biopolymer injected into her lips 4 months ago! How is that possible? 8 complaints filed against her with the board. How can they hire someone without knowing their history, especially if they're a foreigner? Especially with a supposed dermatologist who's the owner's daughter? How did that happen? It seems they never learned from the old practices of 12 years ago. Be careful! And you can verify this information with the board of surgeons.
They don't wear masks for personal protection, the staff is unfriendly and intrusive, and face shields are incomplete. There aren't even hooks to hang shirts on.
If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Terrible service. The worst dental cleaning I've ever had. It didn't even last 10 minutes. It's clear that all they care about is money. They roughed up my gums to the point that they bled. They were sore and swollen afterward. A dental cleaning shouldn't hurt for someone with a healthy mouth. Punctual for appointments 98% of the time, they know what they're doing.
The service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and every woman who works there is very kind and attentive. Dr. Dinora is very dedicated to her work and is very friendly.
