My bf had a a big piece of his foot opened when a window fell on his foot. He had immediate help. He got stitches for $200 cash as he didn’t have any insurance.
Poor customer service; I was accompanying my partner for treatment and they told me they couldn't come with a companion, that the companion had to wait outside the premises, even though there was a waiting room.
The worst dental experience ever. I had four molar fillings done, and it's painful to chew. I went back to the office, and both the assistant and the dentist told me it's normal. (But all four of them???). They didn't offer any solution to the problem. It looks like I'll have to find another dental practice. Very poor service and unprofessionalism.
I would not recommend dermatologist Dr. Dinora Ochy. From the beginning, she was more concerned with scheduling a new appointment than with solving my skin problem. She diagnosed me with "maskacne," which wasn't a bad diagnosis, but the antibiotic treatment was, when what I had was a localized problem. Another doctor resolved in one appointment what she couldn't. To make matters worse, the…

medication she prescribed caused an allergic reaction, and it was a nightmare trying to contact her. Her response was simply, "Stop taking it, and I'll see you at your next appointment," which was in three weeks. I do not recommend her.
The advertisements don't include photos of the route; it's very long, unsafe, and difficult because there are no places to rest along the way, nor anything to hold onto when going down the steep slopes. There are no steps or stones to prevent slipping. At the entrance, they make you sign a waiver stating that they are not responsible for anything. The medical assistance doesn't have blood pressure…

checks or a first-aid kit. The staff at the site doesn't seem concerned about the safety of the visitors at any time.
They don't warn you that the treatments hurt and leave you with bruises.
Excellent place, very clean and with all the health protocols.
Excellent, very good service, safe place and adequate protocol measures.
The treatments are super affordable, the aestheticians are extremely friendly, treat you beautifully, and are very patient-friendly. They care if you don't see the desired results and offer additional services at no extra cost. A plus point, which no other medical center offers (at least that I know of), is the flexibility to cancel appointments. They don't put up barriers, are extremely…

understanding, and the receptionist is super friendly. I highly recommend it.
Despite the good service, I had a bad experience. I went for microblading, but before going in, I canceled it and they made me sign a document stating that I agreed to the procedure and color they used without even performing it. That made me feel insecure from the start. They took me to a tiny room and filled in my eyebrows, and although I thought they looked bad, I let the young woman who was…

doing my job work without worrying because I thought she knew what she was doing. I still need a touch-up because one eyebrow is thicker than the other. I hope they can correct the mistake without making my eyebrows thicker. I hope my experience helps you avoid the same thing and that you don't stay silent if you're not happy with what they're doing to you. (Remember, it's your face!)
They are the best, they are very professional and treat you very well.
I give it the best possible service, a 10 out of 10 in everything.
