WORST DENTAL CLINIC I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I just wanted a filling. I requested it when scheduling, and they told me I would have to schedule a consultation (and pay in advance). BECAUSE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND LATER, EVEN IF YOU HAVEN'T FINISHED IT, THEY WON'T REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT!). Up until then, I was adamant that I only wanted the filling. It's important to add that I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time I arrived until I was actually seated to have the filling done! After deciding, the filling was done in about 10 MINUTES and ONLY ONE DAY LATER, the filling came out. I contacted the clinic requesting a refund, as I had completely lost faith in them (I've never seen a restoration come off in a day). They refused to refund the money, saying they could only redo the service, and sent me a photo of an abusive contract clause I signed before starting the procedure, which states, "In case of a refund request after the procedures are completed, the amounts paid to the contractor will not be refunded under any circumstances, due to laboratory costs and professional fees incurred during the procedure." So, in this case, there was an error/failure in the service, and I did not receive the service I requested; it wasn't just a simple cancellation.

At our clinic, we work with a high standard of care, based on thorough diagnosis, intraoral photographic documentation, and detailed technical explanation of all identified needs. These records are kept precisely so that the patient can clearly visualize their oral health condition and understand the need for each proposed treatment. In fact, of the total consultation time mentioned, approximately one hour was dedicated exclusively to the initial consultation, where we conducted the entire evaluation, provided a detailed explanation of the case, clarified doubts, and presented the treatment plan. We also emphasize that the patient herself reported having a great fear of dentists, which is why we took great care and diligence in conducting this moment in a welcoming and explanatory manner. After this stage, the patient waited in the reception area for the procedure. It is important to clarify that this is not an imposition. Just as in a medical consultation, where the patient seeks care for a specific complaint and the professional, upon evaluation, identifies other conditions, it is the health professional's duty to inform the patient about everything that has been diagnosed. This conduct is part of responsible and ethical care. The decision to perform only the restoration was fully respected. The procedure was executed according to technical criteria, and it is important to highlight that restorations can break or fall out due to various factors after their execution, including individual issues related to the patient's own body. Even so, at no point was there any questioning on the part of the clinic. We promptly offered to redo the procedure at no cost, precisely because we value patient satisfaction and excellent support. However, this alternative was immediately refused. We emphasize that the messages sent via WhatsApp exceeded the limits of politeness, respect, and common sense expected in a professional relationship. We do not tolerate this type of behavior towards our team. Therefore, we have no interest in continuing to treat you, as there is no alignment with the clinic's values and the type of patient we seek to serve. We hope you find a professional who meets your expectations. We also expect that, in future interactions, the respect, courtesy, and boundaries that were not observed with us will be maintained, as we consider these principles essential in any professional relationship.

Dr. Bruna is an excellent orthodontist. Very attentive, careful, and extremely competent. She explains the entire treatment clearly, conveys confidence, and demonstrates great knowledge in the field. The service is humanized and very professional. Dr. Bruna accompanied me throughout my orthognathic surgery and post-surgery treatment. I recommend her to anyone seeking quality orthodontic treatment.
