The attendants say it's on a first-come, first-served basis, but it's noticeable that people who arrive much later are seen first. This is disrespectful when you pay a lot for a plan you rarely use, and when you need it, you're left forgotten in an armchair for an hour and a half waiting for a simple evaluation. By the way: if I had arrived late, perhaps I would have been seen even faster.
