It's a very beautiful place, but Dr. Felipe is always late. If he's scheduled for 8:40, he arrives at 8:50, as was the case today. I come to accompany my son because he's a minor, and then I have to go to work, and this delays me a lot.

Dear Marcelo, unfortunately, cleaning treatments are not part of orthodontic treatment. We offer cleanings and all other treatments to our patients, but not free of charge. All orthodontic treatments are performed by specialists, therefore it's not just about changing elastics as you mention in your comment. We regret that you were unable to understand the clinic's procedures. We have been operating for 11 years and unfortunately, this type of comment is unhelpful, especially since the clinic's administration was unaware of your dissatisfaction. We are always available to help. Regarding canceling your contract, it is entirely possible, however, there are costs that were agreed upon at the time of signing the contract. We are always available to all our patients to resolve any issues.
This clinic is a disgrace, the service is awful, the dental professionals are terrible, they treat patients like clowns, you book an appointment and they're always 30 minutes or more late! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it's truly awful!!!

The worst service in Curitiba, I wouldn't give it any stars if possible. Poor service, rudeness, they only schedule appointments when they want, the patient has no preference, truly awful, the worst treatment of all the dentists I've ever been to.

Great, it just takes a while for them to schedule an appointment to put on the device, but this place is great.

I recommend it, but some prices are quite expensive, and after the treatment they don't provide any benefit, for example: Teeth whitening.
