Dear Alba, first of all, we are deeply sorry for your comment, as we do our best with each patient, and I seem to recall that you were satisfied with your hygiene procedure. First, please note that at your request, you were given two quotes, neither of which were for 12K. As you can see, the quote's comments section states that it is valid for three months. Furthermore, the voucher you purchased is for a dental hygiene procedure; the x-ray is for diagnosis and proper implementation of said hygiene procedure. Therefore, we would like your assessment based on the treatment performed. Even if it is only a hygiene procedure, the x-ray helps us better diagnose and determine if the patient has any other pathologies, as we consider it our ethical responsibility to inform you of these, just as we did in your case. I bought it through Groupon. When I contacted them, they only replied after several days, asking if it was a Groupon deal, and then never responded again. Since the 14-day period had passed, I lost my money. Unprofessional.

I haven't been able to use their services. I scheduled an appointment and spent two days trying to contact them, but they never answered my calls or WhatsApp messages. The service I received over the phone was curt and completely unhelpful.
