I didn't have a dentist I trusted in Barcelona, and a friend recommended this clinic. The team was truly professional. They treated me very well, accurately diagnosed and resolved my problem. Excellent professionals and very empathetic throughout.

I was truly surprised by the incredible quality of service I received from the reception staff. They were not only friendly but also fun. Laia gave me an amazing cleaning and also provided very professional advice. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

A scam. They use Groupon to advertise their clinic, but when you pay and request their services, it's impossible to schedule an appointment, as they don't answer calls or WhatsApp messages. For a simple cleaning or more complex treatments, there are better and more professional clinics. I absolutely do not recommend them.

to charge me extra for sending a simple digital file (thus violating data protection legislation, specifically Article 12.5 of the GDPR). It is outrageous that a healthcare center would try to profit from your data when you are suffering and have an infection. Furthermore, knowing that my case is a medical emergency, they made it clear via email that they intend to use up the full month legally required to provide me with the documentation, blocking my treatment and jeopardizing my health for financial reasons. I haven't remained passive and have already filed formal complaints with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). But it's deplorable that they prioritize their cash register over a patient's health. I do not recommend this center due to its complete lack of humanity and professionalism. Finally, I want to add that I am a person with a documented vulnerability, and yet I felt gassed (treated as if I were crazy and ignored) instead of receiving the support I needed.

I went to this clinic for a check-up and cleaning. Daniela took care of me and the treatment was excellent and personalized, she didn't hurt me at all and she did everything with great care. She answered all my concerns and I leave feeling more at ease. I recommend her 100% She also gave me lots of samples of toothpaste and mouthwash. I went yesterday for a complete dental cleaning (with the Groupon discount) and the service was excellent. Punctual, quick, and efficient. Daniela took the x-ray and then carefully cleaned and polished my teeth, giving me the necessary instructions and advice for proper dental care. I highly recommend it!

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and saw the dentist leaving the office, which I later learned was to get some snack time. I ended up waiting 40 minutes until he returned. We want to clarify that the doctor was not absent for personal reasons. The delay was due to a previous surgery that took longer than expected, something that can happen in medicine when the safety and quality of care of the patient being treated at that time is prioritized. The delay was 30 minutes (not 40). We understand that the wait was frustrating and we apologize. Respecting our patients' time is fundamental to us, as is not interrupting a medical procedure once it has begun. We appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue to improve.

I went to my appointment today for a cleaning (I bought it through Groupon) and the service was excellent. Raquel did the cleaning (she was very good, it didn't hurt at all) and then Dr. Nacho saw me. Both of them were wonderful. I had a cavity filled right away. The receptionists were also lovely.
