Dear Mr. Vásquez, We sincerely regret that your experience was not what you expected. At Clínica Pichimapu, we always strive to provide excellent service and respectful treatment of each patient and their companions, as you have seen in previous visits. Regarding what happened, we would like to clarify that as a clinic, we ensure not only the quality of care but also respect and safety within our facilities. In this case, the situation arose because you were asked to sit properly in the waiting room chairs, as you were lying down improperly, which could cause discomfort to other users. We subsequently regret that your reaction included offensive remarks toward the clinic, which violates the rights and responsibilities that protect both patients and healthcare staff. We understand that the experience may have been uncomfortable for you, but we reiterate that our actions always seek to maintain a safe and mutually respectful environment for all the families who visit us.
