We had a terrible experience as a family because of the owner of this clinic, "Andrés Gallardo," while we were waiting for my 5-year-old daughter to be seen. It's clear his ego and arrogance got the better of him. It's very unfortunate because the care we had received from the staff was undoubtedly some of the best in Talca, which is why we had returned. But for that very reason, and out of respect for myself and my family, I am making this complaint public. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
