I booked an appointment and they took an X-ray before the dentist saw me. When he finally saw me a little while later, he showed me the X-ray and told me I had a lot of tartar under my teeth and needed a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing). trust them, I didn't stay and a couple of days later I went to another clinic in Moncloa. They took an X-ray there, which the dentist showed me immediately, explaining that I had a little tartar, but not enough to warrant a deep cleaning. Looking at the X-ray, I realized it didn't look anything like the one they had shown me at the clinic on General Ricardos. 😏

I've been to this clinic several times; they're always very attentive and friendly. Today I came for an orthodontic checkup and a cleaning. The two women who saw me were very kind and helpful. They explained the best way to align my teeth and how I should clean them daily to keep them looking good. I highly recommend them.

I have an infection in all three molars. The doctor covered one of my lower molars with a ceramic-metal filling without cleaning it at all. Because of this, the tooth is very sore inside and can't erupt. I was suffering all night, unable to sleep, because of this mistake she made. one night, this tooth is now unusable. It has to be extracted. This doctor is completely unprofessional. I don't recommend her! Although she seems nice on the surface, what she did was terrible; it caused me a lot of pain in my tooth.

We're sorry you were in pain. As we explained when you came in, when there's so much infection, you need to take antibiotics at least two days before coming in for treatment. We prescribed the antibiotic, but you never showed up for your appointment with the specialist. The tooth could have been saved, and we hope they didn't remove it.
I went a couple of years ago for invisible orthodontics treatment. Up to that point, the service and follow-up were good. My surprise came when I looked in the mirror and saw that some teeth weren't aesthetically perfect. A HUGE RIP-OFF. I went to get a front tooth reconstructed through my insurance, a tooth I'd already had reconstructed as a child. The moment I arrived, they wanted to charge me €26 for an X-ray, which I refused to have, and which they later confirmed they didn't need. Hi Álvaro. We're sorry you felt that way. According to your estimate, we quoted you €57 for the filling, based on your insurance company's rates. The rest of the estimate covered other treatments you need. Now that you've resolved the issue with that tooth, I hope you'll discuss any other problems with a specialist, as some can be missed by a general dentist.
0% recommended. The worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. They extracted my wisdom tooth and only stitched up my cheek, leaving the extraction site completely open. I had to go to another dentist to fix the mess and avoid the risk of infection.

Hi Isaac, since you didn't come in to have your stitches removed during your appointment, we couldn't see you or offer any solutions. Stitches opening after any surgery is a common complication. We're sorry this happened to you, and if you had come in, we could have given you the mouthwashes free of charge (which is all the other dentist did, except make you buy them). Also, we prescribed antibiotics for you on the day of the extraction to prevent infection, so there was never any risk of infection. We're glad that, as you told us today, you haven't had any pain or infection, and we apologize for your discomfort.
