I don't know if the service at other places is better, but I went with insurance. Everything seemed fine when I arrived, the explanation was all OK... until I sat down in the dental chair. It was disgusting, completely dirty. Since they charge so much, they should pay someone to clean. I don't know how many people use the same cup for rinsing, but it wasn't new. because I saw him take them out of a Tupperware container. I've been to several dental clinics, and the tools always come sealed in a sterile bag. You're supposed to pay for better service, but I've seen better professionals in hospitals. He did a filling, but he didn't use the typical paper strip to check if the filling was done properly, nor did he polish it. I'm just going to let the dentist do his best (he must have thought). I'll never go to that clinic again. They paid less, and now I'll have to pay another dentist to fix what they did, because I have no trust left.

You call and they hang up on you. Terrible service. I called four times on September 24, 2025, and each time I heard them clearly pick up the phone and hang up (from my number ending in 37441). I ended up getting my exam done at another clinic nearby.

Excellent experience. I am very grateful for the compassion shown by Dr. Canessa and for the detailed explanation of my situation. Dr. Talbot is a sweetheart. She was also very clear in her explanations. The clinic assistants were very kind and made my experience a perfect circle.

I underwent Invisalign treatment with Dr. Marcela Muñoz. I have radicular dwarfism, so I always preferred this orthodontic treatment because it's less invasive for my teeth.
