Excellent service. Impeccable hygiene. COVID-19 safety measures in place. Professionally outstanding; if you're afraid of the dentist, you won't even realize you've been there. My husband and I have been treated by Sandra for almost 10 years, and we are very happy with her and her team.

of my mouth on a daily basis and in the future. I have previously visited other dentists, and I have missed that vision of dental care for the future. My 6 and 12 year old daughters have been treated at the clinic by Sandra and her team, and they have always been very happy. Recently one of my daughters had a problem with her jaw and thanks to the fact that I contacted Sandra we were able to solve it. I believe that the passion that Sandra and her team have for offering personalized and professional treatment is reflected in each visit. Highly recommended.

I've been very happy and grateful from the moment I set foot in the dental clinic. I've had one lower upper arch for less than three months, and I'm delighted. I haven't had any problems. I never became a client of this clinic. I had a check-up, which was my first appointment, because I was looking for a reliable dentist in Valencia. The receptionist was very nice, and communication with her was good. The dentist, however, was not so pleasant. was that it was a rushed and careless check-up because another patient was waiting. I didn't like the way she communicated with me. Furthermore, she gave me a quote without offering the X-ray service (you have to go somewhere else and pay €50), while other clinics include it in their services and it's free. I think it's a basic service for preparing a patient's quote, not just based on a simple look at their mouth. Clínica Gallego will definitely not be my dentist of choice.

Hello Dominika, we're sorry our communication wasn't positive. I'd like to clarify that we do perform diagnostic X-rays at the clinic, and these don't incur any additional cost. However, for more comprehensive studies in some cases, we require tests performed at radiology centers (CT scans, MRIs, and orthodontic studies). It's also worth mentioning that the radiology center is less than 300 meters from the clinic. We consider it our duty to minimize X-ray exposure for our patients whenever possible, so doubling your exposure seemed unnecessary. Once we've gathered all the necessary tests, we dedicate time to studying and planning each patient's treatment. This allows us to develop a detailed treatment plan. As is standard practice in this field, we provide a written estimate during the initial consultation.
I went there for an emergency and the care and professionalism were excellent. It will definitely be my go-to dental clinic.
