I'm very apprehensive, so I went to get a root canal. They treated me like I'd been my dentist my whole life. Trustworthy and meticulous work... it's become my regular clinic. 10 out of 10.

er bothered me. At that same time, I also started Invisalign treatment to correct a slightly shifted tooth. That's when the problems began: on the one hand, the filling started causing sensitivity and pain when biting; on the other hand, the tooth that was supposed to be corrected with Invisalign showed no improvement. They even removed the attachments after a month, and during the checkups, I didn't see any real progress in the treatment. At my last checkup, I mentioned again that the tooth hadn't moved. Initially, there wasn't a clear answer. They told me they would provide a solution later that day, and after several days, I called the clinic myself. They said they would make two more splints to reposition it, but these turned out to be retention splints, which demonstrated a lack of follow-up and consistency in the case. After returning for a checkup regarding the filling, they found it was too high and filed it down, but the discomfort persisted. At the next visit, I didn't feel the dentist was familiar with my case: she didn't remember what had happened, mentioned a possible crack without even examining it, and commented that many people live with this discomfort. She added that if I wanted to resolve it in the future, a root canal could be considered. Given this situation, I decided to seek a second opinion. At another clinic, they explained that the filling had been done incorrectly, with excess material that was affecting my gum. They removed it, put in a temporary one to reduce the swelling, and then a new, permanent one. Since then, I've been perfectly fine, without any pain or discomfort. I want to highlight the excellent care I received from Lili and the receptionist; however, I believe that medical attention should be more thorough and personalized. As a patient, you expect them to review your medical history, listen to you, and offer well-reasoned solutions without giving the impression of haste or disinterest.

I cannot say enough good things about Sandra's Clinic. I have been going there for last 4 years and they treat me like family. Even though I don't live in Valencia anymore whenever I'm I'm there I make sure to visit for my dental maintenance and cleaning.

to discuss what procedures would be recommended for some pain. The first receptionist, out of the blue, told me she was scheduling me for a cleaning, and I had to insist that it wasn't what I wanted and that I wanted an appointment with a dentist, to which she agreed. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the office, and they showed me in, sat me down, and without saying a word, the hygienist started cleaning my teeth. I had to interrupt her to explain the situation, and she said she would take a look at my mouth afterward. In less than 10 or 15 minutes, she had finished the cleaning and told me she was going to take some X-rays because I couldn't see well. The thing is, she took at least 8 or 10 X-rays because we had to keep repeating them since either she didn't know how to do them or the machine wasn't working properly. It was a painful process, and who knows how dangerous it was since it's a lot of radiation concentrated in one area. Finally, she finished, charged me €50 for half an hour of work, and told me to leave, that a dentist would call me. She said she'd have to extract two or four teeth (the hygienist), which I flatly refused, and asked for the dentist to call me so we could explore other options. Two weeks went by without a call, and I finally decided to call myself. Another receptionist answered, and she didn't even know who I was. She put me on hold to speak with the person who did my cleaning and then said, "Oh yes, we can schedule you for tooth extractions next week," without asking any questions, without even saying, "I'm sorry for the wait, but your file got misplaced." I told her absolutely not, that I wanted a consultation to see what we could do, to which she asked me to wait. A minute later, she came back to tell me she could schedule me for fillings in a week and a half... no mention of a proper checkup or offering me the opportunity to speak with a doctor. A terrible experience. I'd say this clinic doesn't value its clients, or at least not its new ones. Avoid at all costs 🚨 I've shared this situation with my friends and family, and everyone agrees that this is far from acceptable.
