They treated me very well and explained step by step what they were going to do, which calmed me down a lot. I usually get very upset with dentists, but with their guidance, patience, and kindness, my experience this time was very pleasant.
I'm terrified of dental treatments, but today I had a root canal with Dr. Juan. He explained the procedure very clearly, was patient with my nerves, and I honestly didn't feel any pain. I'm so grateful for his service.

I'm here to document that they tried to scam me by charging me for the PAD voucher multiple times. The 5-piece voucher covers five or more teeth, meaning they have to treat any number of affected teeth without limit—it could be 6 or 10, because it's "5 or more." for the diagnostic and prevention voucher, which covers x-rays and cleaning, plus the 5-piece or more voucher, totaling 135,000 pesos. But the quote from Dentalex Clinic came to 284,060 pesos.

Dear Pamela, we regret this misunderstanding arose. You only attended a completely free evaluation, and we did not receive any money from you. The healthcare professional instructed you to take X-rays in order to provide you with a complete treatment plan. We also reiterate that even if we wish to issue duplicate vouchers, the Fonasa integrated system does not allow it. It was a typing error by the doctor. However, you, as a patient, have the right to choose the medical center where you feel most comfortable.
Instead of charging me the PAD voucher that covered 5 or more teeth, they wanted to charge me for vouchers for 2 to 4 teeth multiple times. The treatment with the 5-tooth PAD voucher cost me 135,000 elsewhere, but here they wanted to charge me over 200,000. The voucher also includes x-rays, but they wanted to charge me for them separately. So be careful.

This comment is false. Checking our patient records, we have no one with that name. Furthermore, the National Health Fund (Fonasa) does not allow duplicate vouchers through the integrated system that regulates us, and the amounts mentioned do not correspond to the actual voucher values. The actual value of the voucher mentioned is 131,310, with Fonasa coverage of 52,520 and a patient co-payment of 78,790. Our IT team will also conduct an investigation into these individuals who are trying to discredit our health center.
