Wonderful service. I went for a consultation and Dr. Francesa treated me with great dedication, explaining in detail what needed to be done based on my situation. have always gone here, as I've had bad experiences with less-than-careful professionals at other clinics. 1000% recommended
On November 25, 2025, I was seen by Dr. Sebastián Villagra, and his service was a 1000/10. I suffer from severe anxiety and am terrified of the dentist, but the doctor was very empathetic and always attentive to providing excellent care. He extracted my wisdom tooth, and it was completely painless. Thank you so much, Doctor! I highly recommend him.
On Friday, August 5th of this year, I went to the clinic in the morning, without an appointment, because of a toothache. They saw me and gave me two options: extraction or root canal treatment. tooth broke. I'd never had a tooth broken before, and even more complicated than the one that had just been extracted. Using a scalpel and stitches, she finished extracting it after a long 40-45 minutes. When she finished and gave me the prescriptions to buy, she told me it would be 72,000 pesos! I was stunned. She gave me the instructions and told me I had to come back to have the stitches removed, which would cost 18,000 pesos! Pesos... WHEN DID IT HAPPEN...? I WAS THINKING TO MYSELF.... WE WENT FROM 48,000 TO 90,000 PESOS!!!! And the worst part is that I followed their instructions, the pain persists... On top of that, when I called the secretary today, Tuesday, to ask if I could come in sooner because it still hurts, etc., she replied that it was difficult to get an appointment since the doctors work by appointment. However, there was an appointment available last Friday for the extraction, and they should be able to see me there too, since that's where I received the initial treatment. It's these details that I personally didn't like: being told the increased cost of the extraction plus having to pay again to have the stitches removed. They should tell you everything related to the prices beforehand, so you know what to expect.
The staff is pleasant and helpful. They also maintain fluid communication with patients via WhatsApp.

Everyone was very friendly, from the receptionist to the dentists. They explained everything they did in detail. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and compared to Uno Salud, it was much cheaper. Highly recommended. I'm so grateful to the dentists; I can smile again!
