I had my orthodontic treatment at this clinic with Dr. Pablo Andres Pinto and I'm thrilled with the results. This is further enhanced by the attentive care of the professionals. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you walk in, and the music is a lovely touch. I highly recommend it.

Very good experience, I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and after the 5th day of rest I was already 100%, excellent care, especially grateful to Dr. Sebastian who had a lot of patience and dedication for the extraction of the teeth.

Dr. Sebastián Villagra, who claimed to be the owner, denied me service because of his own delay and refused to see any of the professionals at the clinic. This lack of respect tarnishes the good work of his colleagues. I remind you, as the owner, of your lack of empathy towards me. You denied me any treatment from any of the professionals at your practice, and I only came because I needed urgent care since my tooth was hurting a lot and I had a biopsy the next day.

We want to clarify that our medical decisions are never motivated by economic factors, but rather by our ethical commitment to prioritize the safety and well-being of each individual. As professionals, we are committed to dedicating the necessary time and attention to each patient, without rushing procedures. This approach ensures that each treatment is performed with the utmost care and safety, although this may occasionally affect waiting times for subsequent patients. Additionally, medical confidentiality is a principle we respect in accordance with current legislation, such as Law No. 20.584 and Law No. 19.628 on the protection of personal data. Therefore, we cannot disclose specific details of clinical care. During our interaction, our team attempted to explain the situation transparently and offer alternative care options. However, unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement. Some of the attitudes displayed at that time hindered the normal course of our work and also affected the tranquil environment we strive to maintain for all patients present.
